Cuz rank card generation was literally free....and with so many options like niftem nfsu and central unis giving their merit lists...I don't think at all that everyone is going to partake in councelling (am giving myself hopium😭)
Guys ek question. Let's say I get alloted my 4th uni in the third round and then i upgrade. But then I am eligible for the 2nd uni in my list but not the 3rd one(3rd ka cutoff bahut zyada tha) . Will I still get upgraded to the 2nd uni or will the ineligibility for the 3rd uni hinder my chances???
