Today, I recharged my BSNL prepaid with PV 2399, with a validity of 412 days (365 + 47).

I had ₹9.80 as base balance, but it vanished immediately after the recharge. Yesterday was my previous PV expiry, and I recharged today within my GP1 period. My entire talktime balance got deducted without any proper SMS communication.

I’m also skeptical about recharging a different PV while this plan is active. This actually happened to me around 4 years ago when someone accidentally recharged my number with a different PV... my active plan was cancelled and the new one got activated immediately. (Loss for both)

I know that recharging the same plan queues it, but what happens with a different PV? Will my existing plan get cancelled or paused?

I do have a vague idea that if I recharge with, say, ₹347 while I’m on the ₹2399 plan, the latest recharge PV 347 will be activated immediately. Once its validity ends (50 days), my earlier PV 2399 will become active again, but I’ll lose those 50 days of benefits from the ₹2399 plan.

Is that how it works..?

Orders placed on 6th and 7th August, shipped together on 9th. Expected delivery was 10th, and the package was Out for Delivery at 11:44 AM.

Around 9 PM, the delivery agent called. I answered, but there was complete silence. Shortly after, it was marked Delivery attempted

Customer Service said a complaint was raised and gave me a buffer date until 15th August. Still no delivery.

I reordered the same items while waiting, but the replacement was also marked Out for Delivery and eventually cancelled by the final delivery centre, with a refund issued.

Update: I'm able to cancel the order via chat support after my Buffer period and got refunded in full (minus the cashbacks earned from the order)

My Vi plan expired yesterday, and today, all services were barred in/out calls, SMS, and data.

I couldn't receive my bank OTP, and Vi sent me this message saying I need to recharge to receive OTP and banking SMS.

For the incoming callers, Vi announces I haven't recharged...
