Darkest Days
Dear Abraham
It is the year 1931. Nothing has changed since the day Victor Frankenstein created his creature. The world is still just as dark and gloomy as ever. No progression made to make man’s life easier. No new discoveries. No technology. Nothing. Everything is still the same.
Speaking of Victor Frankenstein, the once well-renowned man of science has become a malevolent dictator. Though I suppose if you make a deal with the devil himself it changes you.
The once mighty Cult of Frankenstein, who stained every church with their twisted beliefs, had become scarce. All of them imprisoned or put to death by the hands of Victor’s monstrous army. Those who die are tossed into the bottomless pit. Those who are alive and are imprisoned only wish they were dead.
That is why I am writing this tale. Because contrary to belief, I think the world can change. I am one who has not yet lost hope, though it’s still shaken. Who am I? It is not important who I am. What is important is that you withstand and understand the powers that be. Victor’s rise is not his own. It occurred after the exchange of Pandora’s Box, to Victor’s hands, from Count Dracula’s cold hands. I await your arrival near the gallows across the bridge outside of town. Please, I implore that you make haste. I cannot risk being caught by one of those demonic creatures.

We’re getting Star Fox (again). We’re getting a new Ocarina of Time remake. Maybe, just maybe, instead of a new Super Smash Bros, we’ll get a remake. I know what you’ll say “Why not just make a new game?”, even though I would love to see a new game I think it would be nice to go back to the original formula, where it’s really just Nintendo owned IP’s. That would sort of be on brand with how Nintendo seems to be doing things on Switch 2. By bringing certain games from the past back and using old character designs, it seems like they are really capitalizing on the nostalgia. And in some way it could give us insight of what Smash could look like going forward. It would be like Nintendo saying “Here is something we hope you remember. Expect more of this in the future.”. Plus, I think it would be nice to add onto that original roster, like a Splatoon character, a Fire Emblem character, an ARMS character, but all with a new coat of paint. Even though I personally do want a completely new game, I would be fine with this. It could give players a window to see how Smash used to be and it could give old players that sense of nostalgia that they first had when they started playing the entire Smash series. Plus it would be nice to see Board the Platforms return.
I’ll break these down one by one.
Corn - It can grow up to three blocks and you can get 3-6 corn from breaking the plants (depending on the height), and you will get corn seeds, which would look like little yellow pieces of corn, so you can replant. Corn eaten raw would just give you about as much hunger points as a potato. But you can also place it in an oven, get steamed corn, which would give you about as much as a baked potato. And if you place steamed corn on a crafting table over a bowl you can get corn soup, which restores one less hunger point than mushroom stew.
Eggplant - Eggplants would only grow one block high. You get three eggplants from it and eggplant seeds. Just like with corn, you can steam it and put it in a bowl and make eggplant stew. It would pretty much restore the same hunger points as corn. It just depends which one you find first.
Tomato - This one would grow about two blocks high. You get 3-4 tomatoes and the seeds. Unlike eggplant and corn, you can’t steam it, but you can turn it into tomato soup if you have a bowl. Downside, it would restore one less hunger than the corn soup and eggplant stew.
Vegetable Stew - If you have steamed corn, baked potato, steamed eggplant, tomato and a carrot, you place it all above a bowl (bowl in the bottom middle, rest of it on top) you get a nice hot bowl of vegetable stew, which would restore 7 points.
Here’s the full hunger point breakdown.
Corn - 1 hunger - 0.6 saturation
Steamed Corn - 5 hunger - 6.0 saturation
Corn Soup - 5 and a half hunger - 7.0 saturation
Eggplant - 1 hunger - 0.6 saturation
Steamed Eggplant - 5 hunger - 6.0 saturation
Eggplant Stew - 5 and a half hunger - 7.0 saturation
Tomato - 3 hunger - 3.6 saturation
Tomato Soup - 4 and a half hunger - 5.0 saturation
Vegetable Stew - 7 hunger - 9.0 saturation
I think that’s about right.
Ditto from Pokopia for the next Super Smash Bros.. You know it’s coming. It’s inevitable.
I started playing Minecraft on the Xbox 360. Fell in love with it. Ever since I moved a lot of my old worlds to Bedrock, some of them have changed and/or won’t work at all. I kind of miss a lot of them, and I just think it would be nice to play those versions without having to search for the game disc. Anyways this probably will never happen anytime soon, but it would be nice.
Ever since shipwrecks were added I always thought it would be cool if there was some kind of pirate mob. But then the Drowned were added later on and I was like “Okay, I guess that’s good enough.”, but I have been sort of playing around with idea of some kind of pirate enemy, and I believe I thought of the perfect idea. Have a version of the Drowned with a more pirate type of aesthetic. And instead of carrying tridents, they all carry swords.
Now, not to take away from the Drowned enemy, I think Drowned Pirates should be rarer to find. I don’t think they should spawn near every single sunken ship, but at a certain one in each world. They’d be a one time thing, because once you fight and defeat the Drowned Pirate Crew, you get a boss fight with the Drowned Pirate Captain, and he would be no walk in the park.
The Drowned Pirate Captain would look very different than the Drowned Pirate Crew, he’d have a long beard, a pirate hat, and a pirate frock coat. He’d be one tough cookie. If you try running from him he’ll come after you, no matter how far you go. So he would be one of those bosses that you better make sure you’re ready to face off against. Because once he’s spawned into the world, even when you respawn he will still hunt for you and he will know exactly where you respawned at. I know that sounds intimidating, but that’s the whole point. He’s going to be a frightening boss.
If you do defeat him he drops some very special items. 1, a special leading to a very expensive treasure (if you don’t find it beforehand, which would be rare). 2, a special spyglass that lets you see even further than a regular spyglass. 3, his enchanted blade which would have three random enchantments, all being the highest enchantments you can get in the game. 4, last but not least, you would get his pirate hat, which would help you breathe underwater permanently. The only downside is that the hat can be broken, but you can enchant it like a regular helmet.
All in all I think this could be a nice addition. It would variety to an already existing mob, plus it would give another powerful boss to face up against whenever we want.
Okay, this is just something fun I thought about. Pumpkin spice latte, you make it with cocoa beans, milk, and of course, a pumpkin and a glass bottle. It restores 10 hunger points (5 drumsticks I think) and after drinking it it adds an effect that lets you break things faster for 20 seconds. Okay, the effect isn’t really needed, that was just something cute I came up with. Anyways it would be nice to have some more pumpkin related foods in the game. With the Dappled Forest coming I thought something like this could pair nicely with it. What do you all think?
Something I always do when in Minecraft, after creating a garden, I always like to go to a swamp and look for some lily pads to place on the water around the crops. That way I won’t fall in the water and risk jumping on the crops when I get out of the water. But sometimes when creating a new world, no matter how long I travel or how far, I can barely find a swamp near where I want to set up a house. I know I could probably build a house near a swamp, but I kind of want to have an area that’s a little more pleasing to the eye, you know? And I hate having to walk miles and miles away just to find a darn lily pad, so I thought it would be more convenient if maybe the game gave us the ability to craft up the lily pads in cases like mine. What would the recipe be? I’m thinking one leaf litter (because you can find that almost anywhere) and one seagrass or kelp. Nothing fancy, very simple, put them both beside each other on the crafting table, there you go, you got lily pads. As for how many it would give you, I think around 3-6, somewhere in that ballpark would be plenty good.
While playing Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) I noticed how boring the Leaf Litter looks. Then I began to realize most of the leaves on the trees themselves don’t have much variety when it comes to color. The only ones that stand out are the cherry blossom trees (which is my favorite so in the game). And, I don’t know if I’m the only one who does this, but sometimes I like putting the leaf blocks by my and make like a hedge going around or placed in certain spots of my builds. I was thinking, how neat would it be if the existing trees in the game had different colored leaf blocks instead of just shades of green, maybe leaves could be yellow, orange, red, brown, you name it, that way you make Minecraft home really stand out. What I had in mind is that near certain biomes leaf colors could vary depending on what biome the tree is closest to. Like, for example, if you’re getting closer to a desert biome the leaves are yellow. Let’s say you’re getting closer to a mesa biome, the leaves would then look more orange or brown. Maybe if you’re getting close to a ruined Nether portal, the leaves would be red. It’s nothing too crazy, but it adds variety.

The claimant was RevoirVideo. I don’t know if they own the rights to it or not, but I’m going to be deleting every public domain cartoon I uploaded on my YouTube. I’m scared I’m going to struck again and lose my channel. This frustrating and I wish there was some way around this.

Forget about a reboot or a remake, it would be better to just continue the story. Here’s what I got in mind.
