Reccomend me an obnoxious microsoft teams audio for an alarm clock song

I'm looking for an audio file for my alarm clock that's essentially Teams ringing sound and or notifications but loud and more obnoxious to help wake up up for work.

Nothing is more triggering than an unexpected teams call / notification when you work remotely, so I'm looking for a sound like that to use as my backup alarm clock sound in case I over sleep. I feel like it will quickly give me an adrenaline rush to wake up 😅

Looking for more of a remix because the original ring is a big soft and or a repeat of the teams ping and then the call sound? Idk but something like that.

I started seeing a therapist on talkiatry last year and didn't match with my therapist I felt little to no progress. She just listened to me yap mostly. I tried to find a new therapist they make it really hard to actually choose someone. I waited 2 months for my new therapist appointment just to find out they aren't even available at the times I need which was a requirement i listed and they confirmed this therapist was available those times.

Long story short I'm sick of talkiatry I want to be able to better choose a therapist who fits my needs properly and I can confirm a schedule, is there a website or something that's better for this? Any recommendations?

Hey so I'm struggling finding shoes that fit right. I usually wear Nike Court Vision Lows in a men's 8 which fit but are not for long walking wear. I recently realized I'm sizing my foot all wrong. I think I'm supposed to be wearing a US 9 (2E)?

Length: 10 cm ~

Wide: 10.5 cm ~

Arch width 8.3 cm ~

I am hoping someone can reccomend actual stylish looking shoes that are 2E. I don't want the marshmallow bottom kind of shoes, I'm late 20s and do alot of outdoor walking but often in social situations. Looking for a balance of comfort and Style which is hard with the wide limitations.

S pen - S26 Ultra

I just upgraded to the S26 Ultra a few weeks ago, it's my first time moving from a standard S device to the Ultra and I was really excited about all the possibilities with the S Pen. Having what feels like a secondary tool with buttons built in seemed like it would open up a lot of cool features.

So it’s been a bit of a letdown to realize that “Air Actions” are no longer part of the experience, since that’s honestly one of the main things I was looking forward to.

At this point, I’m trying to figure out how to actually get the most out of the pen. I was hoping for things like gesture-based controls, using the button to take photos, or even creative tools like measurements or other utility features but I’m not really seeing much that stands out.

If anyone has recommendations for apps, tips, or tricks that really make the S Pen worth it, I’d appreciate it.

Edit to add: I am now aware they removed the Bluetooth form Spen but maybe there are still apps or something that can make the most out of the pen with shortcuts that anyone is aware of. I heard of good lock, any other ones?

Ole Henriksen Cleanser Discontinued, looking for replacements!

I've been using Ole Henriksen Find Your Balance Oil Control Cleanser for years and they discontinued it and didn't give a similar replacement.

Please help me out and suggest some options

It was designed for "oily, combination, and acne-prone skin types. It is formulated to deeply cleanse, unclog pores, and reduce excess sebum without stripping the skin, featuring a blend of AHAs and botanical extracts to create a matte, balanced complexion"

According to the bottle it had Green Fusion Complex, neem seed oil, AHAs

So I have all my login information to my Facebook account but it forces my into a screen to set up 2 factor authorization after I've logged in and the ONLY option it gives is to get a code through my stored phone numbers Whats App account.

I have access to my number and my email and password and even a linked Insta with the same email and linked in the meta account center but none of that apparently matters because it won't let me in without confirming this code that's going to my number on Whats App. My phone number is a VoIP number and Whats App blocks account creation with VoIP numbers.

I've even tried setting up 2FA through my linked IG and it worked but it STILL won't let me in without this Whats App code. I can't find any way to email support but I doubt they would help much anyways.

Someone please help I need into this account.
