Implementing CafeOS coreinit on libnx

Been implementing Cafe OS coreinit on libnx (mutexes, condvars, threads and time) so far, 11 tests passing on hardware. The idea is a runtime for native Wii U → Switch ports, since DolRecomp handles CPU code but ships no runtime.

Call of Duty black ops Wii working on Switch V1

Tiico 0.7.3

Still not full speed, but that's something I guess.

I'm happy to share the full settings with those who are interested.

It works the best when plugged, if it's not his original charger the GPU will be blocked at 768 MHz (at least for me).

So in the video as you can see I'm not using his original charger, which means it could work even better.

Also I'm using sys-clk, I know there's another software that can make the CPU and ram clock a bit higher.

IVitaPro Concept

Apple has the chip, the screens, the games, the services and the margins to build this. So why haven't they?
