Does anyone else get really bad gas from eating gluten free breads and foods with all the gums

Alright. Semi new eBay user here. I feel so confused. I got a great deal on this. I ended up paying 40 dollars in shipping (didn’t realize it at the time of bid) and it’s been over a month and I see I need to pay additional fees to the carrier prior to delivery. anyway I feel disappointed and frustrated. Where do I pay these fees? I realized it’s from USPS and the package is still in Bulgaria according to the usps tracking. I’m based in the US sadly.

I am 32 F. I’ve had low ferritin for a while a couple of years. I would supplement with iron. Iron and hemoglobin have been fine. I’ve felt fine but I’ve had significant hair loss and some other symptoms of cold hands, some fatigue. My pcp did a blood test for celiac and it came back positive. Other numbers on the test included immunoglobulin to be 108 and transglutaminase to be 7. So now I’ll be having an endoscopy. Anyone have this experience? I don’t have typical celiac symptoms but maybe I do and just don’t realize it. Just curious what to expect
