I’m a lapsed NC fan. I use to watch religiously but fell off around 2017. I started getting back into the channel and I wanted to try and catch up on what I’ve missed the last nine years. What are some of the best videos Doug has put out in recent memory?

Nearly a year ago me (26M) and my girlfriend (26F) were gifted with a beagle puppy named Loki by her sister (21F). We were very unsure about getting him but her sister eventually wore us down. Me and my GF live apart so he stays with her 99% of the time. At first he was a very normal puppy with his only problem being hyperactive but that’s expected. Suddenly he started becoming aggressive. Biting people, lunging, every time he’s gone to the vet they have to put a muzzle on him because he nearly bit the technician in his first visit, growling for no reason, being very reactive. His behavior hasn’t gotten much better the last 8 months. We think he has anxiety and we screwed up his development phase because her sister and her beagle moved back in and they have to keep both dogs isolated from each other. So they keep Loki leashed up in their very small living room 24/7 and doesn’t get much attention or play time. My girlfriend is scared of him and stresses about him all the time. Getting frustrated to the point of tears multiple times a week yet she doesn’t want to get rid of him. The rest of her family don’t love Loki either. We can’t really bring him over to my house as I have 3 dogs I am worried he will get into fights with. I just don’t know what to do with him. I was hoping for some helpful advice

I work in retail as a utility clerk. It’s a nice and stable job that I’ve had for about 3 and a half years. I can basically just walk around the store and do whatever tasks I want and I’ve never had any issues with my superiors or most coworkers. Recently one coworker however who I’ve never gotten along with got promoted to customer service management and I feel like he’s going to deliberately try to ride my ass and make my work life more difficult. He’s one of those types who would let the new power inflate his ego. I like this job and don’t want to change departments or quit so I was hoping for some advice on how to just coexist moving forward and what to do if they try to belittle me.
