People expecting anime abs by doing crunches instead of losing weight is crazy.

i blame the fitness industry so much for this. "5 AB EXERCISES A DAY THAT GOT ME THESE ABS" (RED ARROW POINTING 6 PACK ETC.)

People. u have abs, u have veins on abs, u are a sculpt god. the only thing in the way is the subcutaneous stored fat in the way.

(u can be skinny fat, so frail and still lack definition, it means u have very little muscle + fat, that's why ur abs still dont show)

once u get lean enough, your abs will definitely show and if u want the grid to pop out more THEN u train them. it's like training biceps to grow, same for abs. so if u want them to look like little bumps to swipe ur credit card between them, THEN u do weighted situps, hanging leg raises etc.

also as a veiny abs owner myself, i noticed u FEEL the abs way more once u lose the fat. just proper burning that feels right(not complete trustworthy but still, u feel them activate).

summary:

-lose fat to get 6 pack

-add exercise to make them pop out to be more bumpy

-for vascularity its all about having water on point

mi mancano pacchetti pokemon fighi a basso prezzo

di recente mi sentivo nostalgico e volevo prendere pacchetti pokemon. mi ricordo che tanto tempo fa costavano 5$ o addirittura poco sotto i 5$.

Adesso il minimo é 6$ ma maggior parte erano oltre 8-9$ in negozio.

Ci sono letteralmente meno carte nei set da collezionare (puó darsi sia solo la versione che ho preso, io ricordo set di oltre 150carte, ora tipo 64, quindi hai molta piú probabilità di ricevere doppioni).

io mi gasavo tantissimo solo a prendere un chikorita o un pikachu perché erano i Pokemon che vedevo sul cartone animato secoli fa.

le carte ex erano un carino concept, dopo mega evoluzioni già sembrava un po too much, dopo turbo, adesso tipo pokemon cristalizzati o qualcosa. é stra disorientante e in mia opinione proprio brutto.

ma vabbe, solo piccolo sfogo di opinione personale che magari gente é contraria. mi sento vecchio cazzo a 23anni

many ppl join gym after being cheated on or broken up with. i think the literal term was revenge-bod or some trend like that.

in my experience after being cheated on, started gym, got my dream physique after 3yrs and its super aesthetic. i get called a model alot and its fun to sext whenever opportunity happens.

thou i never had a gf after her, got approached twice and fumbled for one reason or another.

the cheating itself did unrecoverable mental health damages so i think im genuinely gonna be alone forever just off personality since i just ended up with a shattered soul with the "best physique", as many peeps call it. not sure if everyone in the same boat as me have experienced the same, but getting the physique didn't fix anything. it just made life more easy.

I just don't get what do I need to do to win a game, What's the point of training if this is the result. I am terrible at this damn game and I don't deserve to win. I have 0 mechs and make horrendous decisions, how much more can i do I train everyday, watch my replays, I avoid playing ranked whilst tilted, I watch better players and analyse their decision making but its not enough.

i just hit 80wpm in a 2 minute test and it made my very sexually aroused

basically my goal since i started typing from day 1 was to reach 70wpm in a 10word test. here i am not sure how long later(a long time), and i hit 80wpm in a 2min test. this probably spiked my testosterone and made me imagine curvy bouncy keyboards etc.

This is what got me ab/hips/chest/overall crazy vascularity as a normal joe.

  1. HYDRATION, READ THIS: people overlook hydration, get bored of hearing it, and feel like its a chore since water is bland etc. but here's the formula to give it a try: drink 500ml 6am, 9am, 12, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm (set alarm instead of notification apps that are dumb). u should see drinking water as "cool" and not a "chore" because that is whats gonna give u(personally experienced) pube veins, ab veins, hip spiderweb veins, along torso veins, chest veins, thigh veins, etc. and also MASSIVE BONERS AND CUMSHOTS!!!(if u also have problems with that and spurting tear drops) im a normal joe with bad/average genetics, especially bad for vascularity but this was the biggest point ive ever missed on my lifting journey. i was always scared of looking bloated or whatever, thats just nonesense unless u do bodybuilding competitions. dont drink 3l now, frequency throughout the day is the most important thing.

  2. BODYFAT, TIPS IN THIS: people think that they just "cant lose fat", im going to hit u with the cold water that it's impossible since u literally have to track calories in and out. here's what helped me and hopefully helps some of you mindset wise: try having an easy diet to follow, breakfast lunch dinner, low carb, low fat, high protein(satiety). try eating at ur BMR calories(basal metabolic rate, the calories u need to live, significantly low to caloric deficits). u will lose so much bodyfat and barely lose muscles if u train well(im literally stronger at my leanest than when i was bulky). SNACKS ARE YOU FAILURE: "a mars bar wont ruin my diet, a single bisuit wont ruin my diet". YES IT WILL. it sounds sad and obsessive but it just is like that. avoid snacks entirely or do like i did: BMR diet, with a cheat day(pizza or sum), and 1 big snack that u can munch throughout the week(a bag of dense biscuits to dip in tea is what i enjoyed). check ur sauces only if they are high in calories, ur still gonna lose weight. ALSO EVER THOUGHT OF GETTING A DICK SURGERY BECAUSE U HAVE A SMALL DICK: well getting leaner makes ur stubborn pooch belly go away and overall fat leave eventually, making ur junk look wayyyy bigger and pronounced in ur dirty little pants. combine that with hydration and you'll be a dick god.

  3. PRE WORKOUT AND CARBS: im not a huge fan of carbs but when i started eating, as my cheat snack, those sort of pringle chips (not exactly pringles but that type of chip with as much carbs u can see on the values). i noticed absurd pumps and vascularity which was mind boggling. its as if i had taken steroids but i recommend only if ur already lean. 1g of carbs stores 4ml(4g) of water, if i havent butchered the formula, so if u want a day with a crazy pump just eat absurd amounts of carbs with alot of hydration and salt.

for pre-workout im a big fan and i think it's under hyped honestly, its artificial stuff like whey(heavily processed) but its still very healthy in other aspects since it contains l arginine, citrulline. just a scoop before workout can make u push harder making u build more muscle. ur blood flow goes through the roof making ur vascular system beg on its knees . treat it like a dirty little coffee slut and just take one scoop a day and it will make the difference.

SUMMARY:

bodyfat for the blank canvas, hydration to draw the entire painting, pre-workout and carbs for extra details

personal TOP 5 experiences that helped getting massive loads:

  1. it will sound overhyped/repetitive and i also got annoyed of it, but once i did it efficiently i was like "GAME CHANGER": hydration. hydration. hydration.

PLEASE READ THIS, ITS A GUIDE FOR FIXING UR ASS HYDRATION: not 3 gallons now, or drinking before jerking it. u have to be consistent and it's very easy with this format i made: set alarms on ur phone(easier to follow through than those notification apps). 6am, 9am, 12oclock, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm. drink 500ml(or abit more) at each of those alarms. even if u do gym i swear to you. do it. you will get absurdly good veins on ur abs, chest, everywhere, its crazy(im not a naturally vascular guy but i achieved veins from my pube to my ribs even, hips too, its so hot and cool imo). for motivation u have to set it in your mind "hydration is cool" because drinking generally just sucks and sounds like a chore, its tasteless and ppl rather drink soda or juice or gatorade. man just drink water, its cool.

  1. ABSTAINING. noticed that with 5 days of abstinence the loads are night and day difference, hopefully u dont jerk off multiple times a day because ur just gonna be runnin on empty most of the time. just abstain. let ur prostate and balls fill up. ur urethra will stop hurting from how much u jerk off, its generally a healthy pause (not that daily jerking isnt healthy, but i find the 5 day abstaining to be perfect).

my template: weekdays no jerking, friday saturday and sunday, beat ur meat off till ur spent and bored with it(so u can abstain again without struggling). if u struggle: dont go on social mediaz, u should rather hump a pillow until its out of ur system (do not cum man). this format really cleared my life up without spending hours daily jerking, i have all my working and hobbys stuff weekdays and weekend i just fucking pump out the tsunami. (best of both worlds, abstaining and short daily ejaculation for 3 days).

  1. for supplements probably lecithin has been the most impactful from the very start of my journey, 2 pills a day, sunflower, from amazon. changed consistency very quickly i remember. very healthy, highly recommend. zinc, not sure, probably yes, take that as well. brazil nuts 2 a day is perfect balance. ur balls become very puffy as if they are working in overdrive.

  2. GET UR BLOOD FLOW RIGHT, THIS IS THE SOLUTION LIST: pre workout(take it even if ur not into gym, treat it like a coffee, it contains vasodilators like citrulline, l arginine, etc)

do kegels daily before bed while u watch tv or smth(3s hold 5sets, 5s hold 5sets, 10s hold 5sets, last set focus on the sensation of when u stop kegeling and releasing pressure. ask for chatgpt for a good regiment that fits ur time etc),

optional: watermelon alot of it(for special occasions this will give u killer porn star boners at max potential i swear, thats why black people have big dicks, because they eat watermelon fun fact), dark chocolate(contains citrulline i think, also copper which is a nice pair for ur zinc without needing to supplement).

  1. Ai chat porn. bro if ur in this sub, you'll never get laid. u can use Ai to jerk off and im telling u, its really good. making scenarios of anything, feels personal and emotional. i use janitor ai and its absurdly better than porn. either that or porn gifs since straight up porn videos became boring after a while. this is just to make ur horniness peak causing bigger loads.

- feel free to add honorable mentions if i forgot any, but this is what i came up with off the top of my head. for the abstaining part, if ur an addict, i recommend u jerk off ALOT before starting to abstain so that u get desensitized and its easier to stop doing the daily routine like i used to do myself. if u jerk off as sleeping therapy, i suggest u get ur eyes really tired before going to bed so u just collapse instead of jerking it. no naps during the day. watch youtube til u fall asleep.

hey there! so basically ive been using monkeytype for a while now mostly for its unique aesthetic but lately i sort of plateud whilst having hunger for more wpm. came across keybr.com and it looks abit intimidating at first (maybe just for the design). any suggestion on settings that yall can share here in the replies? i just wanna maximize my learning curve, i do 80wpm on 1minute tests overall. my goal is insane numbers like 120+wpm, i like dreaming big because accomplishing impossible things in life is the most satisfying and memorable thing of this simulation we livin in.

any recommendation on daily "workout sessions" for typing? i can be ur gym coach in return!

also, what are your thoughts on settings, any tips? i read mod sayin under a post that the poster should start switching to english 1k to improve typing speed for whatever they were talkin bout.

i plateud around 105wpm in 10 word tests and 80wpm for the 100 words etc
