[Recommendation Request] What should be my next watch?

I recently sold my Rolex Oyster Perpetual 116000 Grape because it felt like the right time to move it on, and it also overlapped a bit with my red OP36.

This is the current state of my collection. If you could add just one watch, what would it be and why?

Personally, I'm considering:

Rolex Explorer II 16570 (Black/Polar)

Rolex GMT-Master II Batman/Batgirl

Cartier Santos Medium (white version)

Or would you go in a completely different direction?
