As each day passes I just become more comfortable with who I am after years of repression!🩵🏳️‍⚧️🩷🤗🌈

This painting resonated with me at the James Museum in St Pete FL during Pride because I play my guitar to relieve my dysphoria. 🩷🏳️‍⚧️🩵🤗🌈

Makeup SOS...lol...What are you all doing for make up around your eyes that lessen wrinkles. I've tried using just a trace of foundation around them. Any suggestions would be great even just basic make up tips. thank you. 🤗🩷

I have hardly really used makeup. Any overall help would be nice. I am trying to figure out this combo concealer/ foundation/ pressed powder pressed powder. I also have a hard time especially with eye makeup....any tips would be great! Thank you.

[Landlord FL]Anyone exit rentals and do a rent to own or a contract for deed to spread out the taxable gain and depreciation recapture over so many years.

I am in my 60s and have been a landlord for 25 years. I want to exit all rentals, but want to have some income in my later years and not pay the huge gain at once plus have interest income coming in. I have done a few 1031's but don't want to and just get out.

I suppose I could sell it to the tenant or perhaps another investor.

I'm going to find a tax attorney or perhaps an real estate attorney.

Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's just been one of those Euphoric weeks that I cherish when they happen. I

After 61 and after having a heart attack last December 24th I am so grateful to be here. I went plant based and dropped 15 lbs. Thank you for your inspiration all you youngsters...it gives me courage to just be me.

Is it ok to feel butch femme euphoria 🤗💜! I'm feeling very grateful to you all. Thank you for your love and support.

A rare Euphoric moment is a blessing, is it not! 🤗💜

At 61, I'm very grateful for a second chance in life after a heart attack on the 24th of December, and changed to a plant based diet. I feel so stalled with transition at times. Once in great while I get a euphoric day because I am usually in work clothes.... It's hard to believe that such little things can sometimes make me feel Euphoric for the day ...even without makeup. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and thank you for your support. 🤗💜

Very painful and inflammatory response to groin region

Updated pic from previous post:

An Electrolgist treatment of the pubic area. Thermoloysis was too much pain and she said hairs were not coming out because they are thicker. She switched to galvanic and they came out, but still very very painful. Needle insertion was even very painful. They came out after one zap. I even used prescription numbing pain. I am hoping this isn't permanent scaring. This is after 4 days this is what I noticed.

Maybe I should find someone else. I don't see anywhere near this type of reaction on my face from another Electrolgist, unfortunately she doesn't do that area. Any suggestions would be great.

I'm looking at bottom surgery and finally found a Electrologists to do that area, but I'm literally on the edge of the table. She told me she had to go to galvanic. the hairs are coming in

I always had thermoloysis electrolysis on my face and it was not as painful.

It's more painful upon insertion it seems.

Should I look for another Electrolgist. I went through 3 others on my face became they zapped the HH air 8 to 10 times and I couldn't get through 5 minutes.

Any ideas
