Academic Advisor

Hi guys!

I just wanted to provide insight to help current SNHU students both new and future. Please make sure you have a decent academic advisor. I had a really good academic advisor and then half way through my term she went on leave and I was placed with a new academic advisor. I didn’t think much about it until I really started needing some help from my academic advisor towards the end of my program. All I get is mono tone AI like conversations and basic answers I could probably find on my SNHU portal. A gentleman named Ben helped me between my switch off of academic advisors and I wish I would have requested him as an advisor. Ben went above and beyond to really help me and thats so important to have when you’re paying for school out of pocket. I would say im having the worst two terms I have ever had SNHU from lazy non responsive teachers to a lazy non responsive academic advisor. Please make sure you have a good academic advisor so you dont have to go through what I did because it’s so stressful. Dont get me wrong you can get through it, but i’d choose to have better guidance if I had a chance.

Thats all & good luck 👍🏼

I need 10 electives which ones are easy?

I need 10 credits in SNHU electives anyone know of any classes I can take that don’t have home work that takes a whole day to grade assignments.

Leave a comment if you have suggestions thank you.

I plan on graduating in 2 months. Hence not wanting to take hard or have lengthy wait times for assignments🤪

Global Dimensions Class (Bad Professor)

Hi Everyone

I have a professor who hasn’t graded any homework at all so far. I emailed him about grades and he then email led me back and said “I follow school policy. You should Know them. If you do that then I will grade it.”

Worst professor I have had since being at SNHU!

Interview

Had interview recently it went well. I wasn’t able to finish the writing assessment. I had 30 minutes to read two pages and write a narrative. I fit in about 4 paragraphs but thats it. Interview was great. Does it matter that I didn’t finish the narrative in 30 minutes?
