59% in 12th, 8.6 CGPA in B.Tech Placement advice?

I'm in my final year of B.Tech with an 8.6 CGPA, but I scored 59% in my 12th boards. Since many companies require 60% throughout academics, I'm worried about placement opportunities.

Can anyone suggest:

Tech companies that don't have a strict 60% in 12th requirement?

If anyone with a similar profile was able to get a software job?

Applied to dozens of internships and keep getting rejected. Resume review needed.

I honestly don't know what's wrong with my resume at this point.

I've been applying to internship roles (mostly in AI/ML, Data Science, Data Analytics, and related fields), but I'm getting rejected left and right or not hearing back at all.

I'm starting to wonder if the issue is with my projects, lack of certifications, or something else entirely. I do have a few projects, and I'm currently taking Coursera courses to strengthen my skills, but I'm not sure if I'm focusing on the right things.

I'd really appreciate it if anyone could take a look at my resume and give me some honest feedback. What stands out as missing or weak? What should I improve to make myself a better candidate for internships?

Any advice from recruiters, hiring managers, or people who've been through the same situation would mean a lot. Thanks!

Ajio return policy scam?

I’m seriously frustrated with AJIO’s return service and their delivery partners.

I ordered a pair of shoes from AJIO by Footland in XYZ color. After receiving them, I didn’t like the color, so I applied for a return within the return policy period.

AJIO approved and initiated the return. After 3–4 days, I got a message from their delivery partner saying the parcel would be picked up that day. I stayed home waiting, but no one showed up. The same thing happened two more times. Every time, they updated the status saying “customer not available” or “no one was home,” even though nobody actually came for pickup.

Then AJIO closed the return request from their side, saying I canceled the return or chose not to return the product, which is completely false.

I applied for the return again. This time the delivery partner was Shadowfax, but the exact same story repeated. They sent OTPs and pickup notifications, saying someone would arrive that day, but nobody came. After 3 failed “attempts” from their side, AJIO once again closed the case automatically.

This has already happened TWICE, and now I’ve applied for a return for the THIRD time.

I contacted AJIO customer care multiple times. They just keep saying they’ll “look into it,” but nothing actually gets resolved. I even called Shadowfax directly. The first time they answered and said the pickup would happen within 2–3 days. Again, nobody came. Now when I call them, they don’t pick up at all it honestly feels like my number has been blocked.

At this point, I’m stuck with a product I wanted to return properly, and neither AJIO nor their delivery partners seem interested in resolving the issue.

Has anyone else faced this with AJIO or Shadowfax? What’s the best way to escalate this further?
