Im selling my q50 and looking for cars under 20k to switch too. I have a 3.0 and im just done with turbo anxiety lol. If i cant get a 3.7 im thinking about an ecoboost. Would like some feedback if anyone had made the switch and what yall think about it. Also looking at bmw 340/440i but theyr so hard to find. Or any 3.7 infiniti tbh. I am truly and infiniti fan boy and have owned a g35 g37 q50, but theyr hard to find now as well-g37. I already had my turbos changed out at 30k miles on my 2020q50 and just dont want to deal with it down the road when im out of warranty. Any other car suggestions are appreciated.

So i got my first bike a couple months ago and its a chopper style yamaha raider. Got new tires on the front and back installed by cycle gear. Ridden about 800 miles on them already. When i first got it i noticed when i was doing 90mph the front tire would start bouncing, the forks take it and it feels stable-not like a speed wobble but litteraly just bouncing. I figured it was the highway i was on- in my head- uneven road+higher speed=more noticeable. Well iv rode on different highways now and it does it every time. Could it be something as simple as my tire psi? Or could it be because of the style of motorcycle i have and the rake leaving the front end lighter at higher speeds? Thanks in advance fellas

I submitted in late march, expired late may. Been hoping and waiting like everyone else but im a little more nervous because i actually lost my ead card at work a month before renewing so i submitted with a short explanation saying exactly that and pictures of my last ead and the barcode on the paperwork that my lost ead came with. I wonder if this will make my case take longer than its already taking for most of us.

First off thanks for the advice on filling properly fellas. I overdid it slightly on my last check and fill. Problem is i dont have a drain plug on this version of the 4l80(2004). Im also having trouble getting an even reading so il check multiple times and on the marked side of the dipstick i will get right at the top hole maybe a 1/16th over But when i look at the other side of the dipstick it is about twice higher-about an 8th. Which is throwing me off. Do i need to remove this? How do i go about it as i dont want to drop the oil pan man😭. Could i siphon it out the dipstick tube??

Installing my rebuilt transmission tomorrow on my 04 chevy 2500. How do i go about filling it again? I will do 2 quarts on the tc before install. After should i add like 5/6 quarts or 10 quarts before turning on? Also once turned on do i let it idle then turn off and check level and add fluid or add fluid as its running? Should i also shift the gears when first turning it on or wait? Thanks in advance. I took it out last weekend got it rebuilt and cant afford to fuck up as this is my money maker

My work trucks transmission overheated started slipping and smelt burnt. I have no option but to try and rebuild it myself. Just ordered a rebuild kit off Summit, i have mechanical inclinations, iv swapped transmission on a ranger before, done headgaskets,oil pans, brakes. The basics. How hard is this going to be? And what special tool might i need that i cant get without improvising? Im on a tight budget. Thanks for the help guys

I drive a motorcycle and cant get siri to take me home without asking me to unlock my phone which i cant do when riding a bike. I have location services on when using the app for siri, siri allowed when locked, tried making a shortcut to open maps when connected to my intercom. Nothing works, kind of beats the whole purpose of siri and my intercom if i cant operate hands free. Thanks for the help!

So i got my first bike a month ago and its going great. I got a yamaha raider-it is pretty loud with cobra exhaust on it. Now im on the look for a comm system since embarrassingly i cant get anywhere without gps and also would like to listen to music and have earplugs in at the same time. I was going to get the spirit since its $100 but my local cycle gear offers me the 2x for $200 which i think is a good deal. My question is, is it worth it? My concern is how good the speakers sound and if il actually be able to hear anything with my loud cruiser bike+wind noise+ear plugs. My plan was get the spirit and then upgrade to the 40mm jbl speakers if the stock ones wernt good enough but the only ones i find are the 45mm and they go for about $100. So now im at $200 if i were to upgrade, or i could just get the 2x with jbl 40mm and some nicer features on the cardo itself compared to the basic spirit. Im not worried about connecting to other comms or group rides as i only have one friend with a bike. Thanks in advance!

Been waiting a week, was out for delivery today by 12, at 12:20 gets updated for missed delivery due to business closed with a grey picture of nothing. Says will attempt tomorrow. I live at a house not a business lol.
