How is this guys

The first image is what I asked for advice on, took some advice, lowk ignored it (sorry) and added another roof. My arms dealer also lives in my attic now. It is very human.

Advertisement and landing jobs

I’ve done a lot of practice, I have a basic set up and a 12 ft ladder. I’m pretty much ready to start.

Other than D2D selling, what are some good ways to advertise/sell my services? I have business cards as well.

Do world class powerlifters train every day?

I’ve always been the guy to find a way to train everyday without giving myself a crap ton of fatigue. I feel like training like only 5 days a week will prevent me from making the strength gains I need. How should I orient my training to optimize growth for every lift?

Making the breakthrough

I’m looking for some advice for this next year for me, I’m looking toward a state title this year. What are some things you guys applied to really step through to put yourself in a position to beat the better guys in the state, or in general what are some nuances I’ll need to work on? Right now I’m at the point to where I’m going the distance with top ranked guys but not beating them.

Help with faith.

Three years ago i became christian. hours upon hours spent studying Christianity, and ultimately against islam. I eventually decided Christianity was the option with truth (although i didnt fully believe. ) I wanted a God that loved me. Lived like I should have for the most part for two weeks and eventually God put his spirit upon me. Through my early Christianity I struggled with demonic warfare, which ultimately strengthened my faith. God has literally spoken to me, God has given me dreams. I have had miracles through christianity. Slowly ive drifted to the point where I am now. I haven't felt the spirit of God, or have heard from God in probably over a year and a half. I refuse to be held down by my sin, and I refuse to keep on slowly drifting.

Just putting this out there. Any advice from anyone?

Trade advice?

I have a skytech desktop. It has a Ryzen 7 5800x, RTX 3060, 16gb DDR4 ram, and 1TB SSD. Currently downsizing to a good laptop for college. Which is worth the trade?

The last two pictures are the same laptop.

Thanks!

Advice for upper tightness?

I’ve been waking up stiff, and dealing with movements I’ve never had problems with. I’ve had light neck injuries in the past. My upper back near my shoulder blades, and my mid upper back is really tight. My neck struggles to turn right, and up. Any advice?

Has anyone listened to that RAF commentator lady?

She says some of the funniest stuff man. All respect but some of the things she says are so stupid. "Maybe we'll see Retherford vs. Zain", "Maybe he can pull out a win if he just stalls out" (4:00 remaining).
