Should i keep cuting or go for lean bulk ( 23M , 6ft (185cm), 75kg ) !?

i was 55kg after i had some health issues did bulk for 6 months with 3-3.2k cal after i saw i gained some fat in belly i start cutting at 2.4k for 8 weeks now am at 19%-20% bf i guess

should i keep the cut until i get to 15% or should do lean bulk at 2.8k cal ( my goal is 90-100kg )

What should i do to fix my back and shoulder ?!

i bulked up from 55kg to 75kg ( had type 1 diabetie that droped my weight so much ) and now i wana cut to then re-bulk but when i took a pic ( before cut pic to see progress ) i saw that half my back higher then the other , anyome had it and how to fix it ? sadly i cnt post pics

hi , i do freelance on upwork and the only options i have to withdraw money is by payooner or wire , and both takes alot of fees ( if we dnt include 10% upwork take ) , is there any other way to get my money ! ( i have a societe general account )

am new at outlier ai , for my first task i tried to do it perfectly but after 1h i was kicked mid task and now saying no task available , did it pass through or i lost it ?

it was about codinf project , they asked for alot of detailes and spect so i was giving them quality work lol

i ltrly just accepted the project and didn't start any tasks or anything , when i wanted to start the task and went to MM it said Your account has been marked as an unapproved annotator and ltrly 1h before i was accepted and could see the taskes and all

edit : they re-open my account , weird asff

edit : they re-unapproved me again :) wtf
