Cherry tree getting too tall

Hi, i planted a sweet cherry tree and it’s on it’s second summer and it is already getting too tall. By next summer it will be in the power lines. I have done a lot of reading but can’t figure out the best way to prune it for height reduction safely. Could I cut the central lead? There is a cluster of branches about 12 inches off the ground, another about 5.5 up (pictured) and then the next cluster is way at the top about 18 feet up.

Service fees scam - spoke with customer service

The "service fee" which they state is for "safe secure booking and 24/7 support", is different for every booking and they do not share how they determine the service fee for each booking. But they did tell me that it is not based on number of days booked - it changes based on if it's a "nicer location" or "has a nice view" etc.

So basically, if you're already paying more for a nicer rental you get charged more for your vrbo Service fee although the services provided by that fee don't change in any way.

These prices are all determined by vrbo corporate and how each fee is determined is not shared with customers or customer service.

I am so tired of getting scammed by "fees" that are just price gouging on everything.

fraudulent account set up with my bank account and ai-chatbot hangs up on me when I call.

I don't have a paypal account. But someone set one up with my bank info and made purchases. I have disputed them with my bank, but I also want to make sure that this fraudulent account is flagged and closed. I have tried 3 times to call paypal and I reach an ai-chatbot who goes in circles telling me to "contact the buyer" or "create a dispute on the transaction" in my account. When I say it's not a fraudulent transaction, it is a fraudulent account that I have no access to, it hangs up on me. One time it said it was sending me to a person, then it just beeped loudly for a minute and then hung up on me. There needs to be a way for people to contact a human. This is ridiculous.

Classification of Narcissism?

Why isn't narcissism classified as a psychotic disorder? It seems to have all the symptoms but they are written off as "defense mechanisms". Even if they are defense mechanisms isn't it still psychosis to live in and fully believe a made up reality?

[product question] help finding a specific face peel/product

A few years ago I was given a small clinique makeup bag of sample size items and one if the items was a bright pink one-time-use packet of a face peel (?) that was Amazing!! It was one that you leave on for a short time and you can feel it working, then wash off. It came with two of them that I used them a few weeks apart and my skin looked amazing afterwards both times. I didn’t take a picture, I figured it wouldn’t be hard to find, but I have never been able to find this product again! Please help! Thank you!

Use of ai to transcribe sessions?

My therapist wants to use ai to record and listen to sessions and have it make a summary of the discussion. I’m not really comfortable with it because I feel that part of therapy is the therapist noticing what they think is relevant/important and taking notes accordingly. Also, part of solidifying an idea comes through writing and often we learn more about what we think/feel through the writing process which I feel is all lost through having ai just write out a summary.

Also, I worry that the ai may come to conclusions, not just write an unbiased summary, and I don’t want ai involved in making conclusions about me.

The other issue is that in the agreement form it says the company that facilitates the virtual sessions has access to the transcription generated by the tool for 30 days “during which a select group of employees may access your transcript to review for accuracy” and “The session note will contain PHI from the session transcription. Aside from the content of that note, no patient PHI is retained from the transcription after approximately 30 days.”

I don’t feel comfortable with “a select group of employees” having access to and reviewing transcripts of my sessions. And it says they are reviewing for accuracy, but how? Wouldn’t they also need access to the full audio to make their assessment of accuracy?
Also, It doesn’t specify what personal health information (PHI) is contained in the notes that are being saved beyond the approximately 30 days.

My therapist sent me the form to allow the use of the ai tool and I read it over and just pressed skip. It said I didn’t have to agree bit it also didn’t have a “no thanks” button, only an “i accept” button or “skip” which just lead to the next form which was just basic name/address stuff.

Then in my session yesterday they explained that the tool very useful to them and also “they use this virtual-therapy platform so they can accept clients with insurance but they make a lot less money per session than with their out of pocket clients” and talked about how much work it is and said their out-of-pocket clients allow the ai transcription tool. It made me feel like my sessions are not worth the hassle without the ai

I want to say no but I worry they will treat me differently if I don’t agree.

Would love advice or perspective. Also if any therapists use ai for notes and want to give more detail into their experience with it that would be appreciated as well.
Thanks!

My therapist wants to use ai to take session notes

My therapist wants to use ai to listen to sessions and have it make a summary of the discussion.
The other issue is that in the agreement form it says the company that facilitates the virtual sessions has access to the audio recording for 30 days and will sometimes listen to recordings to verify accuracy or something like that (i would need to look at the exact language again)
My therapist sent me the form to allow the use of the ai tool without talking to me about it first, I read it over and just pressed skip. It said I didn’t have to agree bit it also didn’t have a “no thanks” button, only an “i accept” button. Then in my session yesterday they explained that it’s very useful to them and also “they use this virtual-therapy platform so they can accept clients with insurance but make a lot less per session than with their non-insured out of pocket clients” and talked about how much work it is and said their out-of-pocket clients allow the ai transcription tool. It made me feel like my sessions are not worth the hassle without the ai tool because they make so much leas and it would be more work for them.

They know I don’t like ai (in fact, they sent me the consent form directly after a session where I happened to mention that I don’t like ai, making me wonder if they had been using the tool without consent before the brief discussion of my feelings about ai) and they sort of made me feel like I wasn’t worth their time if I didn’t allow the use of this ai tool.

I want to say no but I worry they will treat me differently if I don’t agree. I’m considering finding a new therapist, but besides this ai issue they have been the best therapist I’ve found in a long time and they have some understanding of neurodivergence (more adhd focused but with some crossover)

Would love advice or perspective. Also if any therapists use ai for notes and want to give more detail into their experience with it that would be appreciated as well.
Thanks!
