I recently had trouble with qatar airways check in specifically my student benefits were not applied to baggage.

Is there any email to directly contact with a complaint anyone know about? I googled filled out the normal complaint and got an extremely generic response that did not solve my problems. Contacted global office via phone, they were not much of a help.

Is there anyone else I can contact? any specific customer service email adress I can get in touch with?

Traveled recently (less than a week ago) and have return booked as well. I encountered an issue and filled the https://www.qatarairways.com/en-ae/help.html concerns form. The response felt like they did not even read the concern and just said to contact global, I contacted them not satisfied at all.

Is there someone else I can contact now?

Have an odd time flight booked reserve for first time, does this gurantee a ride will show up? I was not sure if any dirvers would be avaiable at 3 am in my local area.

I will be traveling Qatar airways Tomorrow for the first time and I wanted to ask it says one carry on of 7 kg's. In my understanding carry on = trolley bag and a bag pack is a personal item (for my passport /other docs), just to confirm when they say 7kgs carry on they mean trolley bag but we can also bring a personal item with us as well, right? cause some people say they only allow 1.

I am a computer science student going to enter my third year. So far I have not been the best comp sci student, ( I have literally been procrastinating on building projects even in the times of AI)

but now that I am going third year, I am going apply to get into my uni's co-op program and then hopefully start the dreadful job application season. I am almost done with summer term 1 and will have summer term 2 off, any advice on what projects I could build or resources I can use to up my ML skills? this is the one field that I have really been interested and would potentially want co-op in? Along ML what are other skills I should learn?

Also, when it come to job application season, I know the job market is really bad but what advice do you have? should I be grinding leetcode, is it asked a lot even now?

I am UBCO student who is is planning to take CPSC 310 at UBCV this summer (I have the token), I wanted to ask how manageable is this course especially in the summer? How are the exams like? Are the exams more theoretical or coding based? What are the skills I should revise or look up before starting the course, node js etc...?
