If Zeon's real-world counterpart was a mashup of the Third Reich and Imperial Japan, what would the Titans' counterpart be?

It's well known that Zeon is a mashup of the Third Reich and Imperial Japan, but what do you think the real-life inspiration for the Titans might be? Or what's the closest real-world equivalent?

Which is easier for Chinese people to learn, English or Japanese?

I have a friend from China who told me that it was easier for him to learn fluent Japanese in two years with courses than it was for him to learn English in his entire life as a school subject. Is this common?

How much does the average young Japanese person want to immigrate?

I always notice that there are countries in the developed world with young populations looking to immigrate—like Spain or South Korea, where many people live abroad—but how many average Japanese people actually want to leave Japan? Especially with the economy not at its best.

How did the United States manage to subjugate Venezuela so fast?

Basically, they've been controlling the country's finances, politics (Delcy admit that Marco is the one who asignated people in posicions of power), military (US military make even excersises in venezuela now) for months, and openly stating that they have CIA and DEA bases there.

How come they took over so fast and without any resistence?

Why war of conquest land seems like a failure most of the times now?

Israel can't take over Gaza and purge out the pop or even take south of Lebanon, Russia can't take over the full donbass even after years and not Even russians want to move there, US is scared of boots on ground in Irán since don't have full confidence they can make it.

Is war of conquest a failure nowdays? What did you guys think it happend? For exemple during ww2 Germany achive to move more germans to conquered zones in eastern europe or Japan to move japaneses people to manchuria, but now seems that can't be done anymore.

Why so few japanese people want to live abroad?

In this NHK survey, it asked young Japanese people (20-40) if they would study abroad, and less than 20% said yes. I imagine the percentage for living abroad must be the same or lower. Why do so few want to leave even if the economy isn't at its best?

Do you think liberal Zionism is dead?

I feel that in the popular movement since October 7, leftist and liberal sectors have made anti-Zionism one of their main causes (the main one, depending on who you ask). Previously, even within the non-orthodox left, there were certain progressive sectors that supported liberal Zionism, but today it seems that these circles reject it entirely—with the possible exception of Israel and the boomer generation. Can liberalism and Zionism still be compatible?

How true is it that attitudes towards immigration have changed in Europe from 2010 to today?

As a non-European, I remember that during the migrant crisis in 2015 there was a general sense of openness among the public and a willingness to help. Now, with the recent migrant crisis between Spain and Morocco, European governments seem largely against letting people in, and the public reaction has also been mostly negative.

Why do you think this change in attitude has happened?

How accurate is it to say that Europe is undergoing a "Economic Japanization"?

I’ve been reading about how Europe might be headed toward "Japanization"—specifically regarding aging populations, shrinking labor forces, and periods of stagnant economic growth.

On one hand, the demographic trends and low-growth pressures look very similar. On the other hand, Europe has much higher immigration rates, different inflation dynamics, and a completely different institutional setup compared to Japan.

Do you think the "Japanization" label is a fair description of Europe's economic future, or does it overlook too many structural differences? Curious to hear your thoughts, especially regarding specific countries like Germany or Italy.
