Almost ready to rip again! So much maintenance/ repairs.

Context 2006 c230 factory manual 2.5L 272 car.

I engine swapped it 3 years ago with a 2011 e350 3.5L 272 its tuned with long tube headers and full exhaust.

Busted it in the winter time and let it sit for months.

Cut the rotors to get rid of the pulse from it sitting for almost a year
I upgraded the oil seperator to the aluminum cover and rtv’d it into place to stop it leaking.

Just replaced all 4 O2 sensors

Resealed the oil cooler/ filter housing.

New power steering pump and reservoir

New coolant, new oil, new power steering fluid (from mercedes) new manual transmission oil (75w75 from mercedes)

Now to finish fitting the bucket seats. Weld the rear differential and replace the gear oil with new merc oil (75w85) and clearance the rear quarter panels and mod the rear bumper to stop it from rubbing

Would exposed beams make my short kitchen feel shorter or like a basement?

I’m restyling my house which is a 176 year old farm house with 5 additions and the kitchen is a very old addition but it has a 2nd floor added on top of it which gave it this fucked up ceiling height of 6’2-6’4. The previous owner lowered the ceiling when he dry walled the house to put recessed lighting in it some time in the 90s or early 2ks. So i have some more room to sneak out of this room.

My question is if i do exposed floor joists and paint the whole thing white would i accidentally make my kitchen feel like a basement or shorter?

Would exposed beams make my short kitchen feel shorter?

I’m restyling my house which is a 176 year old farm house and the kitchen is an addition with an addition on top of it. My kitchen measures between 6’2-6’5 due to slopping and other things. Im trying to sneak some more height out of it. The previous owner lowered the ceiling to install recessed lighting in the 90s/2000s and told me theres about 3” i could get out of it.

So my question is would exposed beams painted white make my kitchen feel like a basement and shitty.

Has anyone seen this caddy before?

My buddy recently bought this 1982 caddy 4 speed n/a diesel. I thought the pin stripping on it was interesting and im trying to find any history on the rig thanks.

If no one has seen this well enjoy seeing it for the the first time because it sure is sick.
