I found an account that is not mine but is linked to my phone number. This is happening on iPhone and desktop.

I recently logged in using my phone number and was taken to an account that is not mine. The account has no activity. I tried to remove the phone number, but it required an e-mail. I tried to delete the account, but nothing happened. How can I disconnect this account from my phone and login? T
