For reference, other games DO work. Specifically Urban Reign doesn't.

Ik kom van een handgeschakelde E92 coupe met het N54 blok. Ben op zoek naar een alternatief maar ik heb het gevoel dat er geen realistisch ander alternatief bestaat.
Mijn absolute musts, zonder uitzondering:
Tot zo ver kom ik steeds terug bij BMW of Porsche, maar de Porsche modellen in mijn budget hebben fundamentele problemen met het blok en is dus een directe dealbreaker.
Ik hoopte dat iemand hier een alternatief weet, anders zal ik hoogstwaarschijnlijk de E92 terugkopen maar dan in een nieuwere staat met minder kilometers, of een nieuwere generatie met de B58.
budget is MAXIMUM 30k
Het gaat om een BMW uit 2017 met het B58 blok, hij heeft 170k gelopen, facelift uiteraard gezien dit samen ging met de introductie van de B58.
De garage vraagt er 30k voor, nu vind ik dit voor zijn kilometers eigenlijk te veel. Een soort gelijke auto staat er voor dezelfde prijs op met soort gelijke kilometers. Een andere van 2 jaren jonger en maar 120k kms staat er voor maar 2000 euro extra bij een andere partij (vind de kleur niks dus die is sowieso geen optie).
De gene die mij aanstaat met 170k, staat overigens ook al 6+ maanden te koop, nu helpen de benzineprijzen natuurlijk ook niet met het verkopen van een 3 liter trubo 6 cylinder monster. Dit denk ik in mijn voordeel te kunnen gebruiken.
Wat zou een redelijk bod zijn die ik ter plekke zou kunnen maken? Ik heb de auto op een ander moment al gezien en hij staat wel gewoon goed, geen achterstallig onderhoud, zo ver ik alle slijtagedelen heb kunnen bekijken zoals remblokken/schijven en de banden zal dit nog zeker meerdere tien duizenden kilometers meegaan. Dus ik weet niet wat voor speling er uberhaupt is, en helemaal niet bij garages.
Ik dacht zelf aan beginnen met 27.5k en hopen dat we ergens tegen de 28.5 kunnen eindigen, wat is jullie strategie + tips voor mij in deze context?
The reason is stupid but I like seeing the save files of all games in the browser menu in one place. Makes me feel nostalgic. As far as I understood it creates a separate VMC for EACH title you load.
I want to play ISO backups from an microSD card, so I understand that this is possible with mx4sio.
But I also understand that in order to get to that stage, I need a separate memory card with freemcboot. Am I not able to put freemcboot on that same mx4sio that also holds OPL + ISO games?
Or to be able to do that, do I need the memcardpro?
My ideal scenario is: 1 memory card only for save files, 1 memory card for everything else (ISO games + OPL + Freemcboot.
When I mean small I mean less talked about, it can be major issues, just not talked about a lot.
We all know about the obvious differences such as the problematic injectors and such, but I feel like there should also be more attention put on other things besides those frequently mentioned items.
A good first start is community/aftermarket support.
The n54 seems to have a MUCH larger community and aftermarket support from all kinds of vendors for all kinds of stuff. Countless ready-made top mount turbo kits, all kinds of oil system improvements such as sump baffles (note that the S55 oil system to N55 retrofit is NOT possible on the E-chassis) etc.
A lot more people have tried all kinds of things on the N54 whereas proper documentation for N55 E-chassis mods are basically non existent even though lots of cars were sold too with the N55 in the E-chassis.
What other things do you know of that aren't frequently talked about?
How different are they in terms of feeling?
Every time I open a .nds to use with drastic which I downloaded from the pak store, it just shows a black screen and then crashes back into the rom picker.

Found an old save file which is outdated, I played the main story and finished it but this file I have still has at least 4 hours to go.
Is there any way I can edit it somehow to progress it till right after beating the final main story boss?
I'm a heavy DIY mechanic, never been to a mechanic except for free manufacturer recalls or yearly inspections to certify it for public roads. Coming from a E92 BMW with the N53, I have seen my fair share of german overengineering.
However, I have 0 experience with a Porsche; how DIY friendly are these? Reason I'm going for the 2.9 is because I'm reading that these do not have scoring issues on the cylinder walls, and no IMS bearing to worry about.
For example, BMW has resources like realoem.com which is an absolute gem for any kind of technical blowouts from A to Z with corresponding part numbers. Heaps of online forums with at least a few psycho bastards that have extensive documentation written down.
