Some weeks ago i bought my first Shadowhunter's spin off book, Secrets of Blackthorn Hall, and i just found Better in Black! (ik the title is so different but its Better in Black, i promise 💀)

Contesto: ho 18 anni, sono alto 164 cm e peso attualmente 60 kg. A giugno dell'anno scorso ho iniziato un percorso di dimagrimento e sono sceso di ben 13 kg. Da un po' di settimane sto pensando, ed ho iniziato, a definirmi e volevo sapere come fosse il mio fisico. Lo so che ho ancora molto da migliorare ma credo già di aver fatto passi enormi rispetto a com'ero messo inizialmente. Ogni critica o consiglio è ben accetta
