He lived in Italy. Unfortunately the clutch is kinda fried
EDIT: READ ME- There is a possibility of it not being from the 40s, that’s just what my grandfather told me
EDIT 2- The motorcycle is actually a 1965 Taurus-Minarelli 49 cc-1965

Its main armament of a 76mm L/59 cannon can penetrate up to 218mm of armor, and fires a shell at 955 m/s. Since the gun was mounted high, the design has 16 degrees of gun depression. 29.6 tons. heavily sloped armor.
