I believe this is the first time I've seen Hasbro acknowledge this. Hopefully they make it right.

In a little over a year this sub has grown to more than 3,000 members! Thanks to G1 community for making my job as a mod very easy...the thing I love most about this sub is how respectful we are to each other in a sub about a fun hobby we enjoy. I've barely had to moderate this sub in this time, and for that I'm grateful.

This might be the worst screwup since Legacy Velocitron Cosmos.

What do you think Hasbro will do in response to Target's mass cancellations of MTMTE Starscream? Initially I was thinking they'd just do another coronation Starscream (and I think they still will), but now I'm thinking they just reissue him in another branded line.

I almost created a "funny/sad/infuriating" flair for this post. 😭

It could be Hasbro didn't make enough. It could be Target didn't order enough. Either way I'm not happy that despite my preordering on day one (really hour one), I couldn't get Starscream, the most popular seeker in Transformers history. I definitely put that on Hasbro for agreeing to make him a Target exclusive. I mean...wow. 😡

They delayed MTMTE Starscream by another week but I was able to get $10 off using the online chat and suggest you do the same if this has happened to you: https://www.target.com/help/contact-us/target-com-order-experience

Lots of rumors out there like most Targets have him in stock but are holding off on putting him out until after their store resets are done. Of course that shouldn't impact online orders but who knows.
