Went here for the first time today. I liked the old school cafeteria setting, that’s sad that they’re not in their original spot because a place like this I think is improved by the nostalgia factor. I appreciated that the spaghetti was al dente. Wouldn’t get the chicken again- it had good crispy skin but was dry and flavorless inside. The salad comes tossed and I couldn’t tell what the dressing was supposed to be- just tasted like mayo. This whole tray of food and a drink was around $20 which seems like a good deal. Got Spumoni ice cream too and it was bomb!

In need of some input

Hey everybody.

I fractured my finger two weeks ago (posted about it here on this forum)

Well, it has been two weeks of absolutely no exercise, well… with the exception of a 50 mile bike ride i went on last monday

Pre injury, i was very active. M-W-F i’d strength train (PPL), do Muy Thai and ride my bike ( a minimum of 4 miles). Well, now i can’t do all
of that.

Should i stick to my PPL regiment (modified workouts, I’ll be spamming volume over weight) and bike a bit extra to compensate for the lack of Muy Thai?

Or should i try a two day a week full body work out, and bike exclusively on M/W/F? (And rest on the weekend)
