Best workout without increasing thighs?

Hello. I’m facing an issue with my workouts. When I do workouts to strengthen my legs or my glutes, my thighs ALWAYS increase by a few inches despite my diet staying the same :( I run regularly at a high intensity for 50-80 minutes and I do HIIT workouts, focusing on abs and waist. For reference I am a girl and my bust is 34 inches, waist is 25, high hips 31 hips 38 and thighs are 22.5 inches… they increased in size as soon as I started any leg workout meant to slim thighs. My parents don’t encourage weight loss so I’m focusing on body recomp. Any advice for how to slim thighs?

Express yourself don’t repress yourself (because I’m scared of turning 17 in 21 days)

If You’re carrying too much and wanna talk about it, I’m all ears ^_^

How to improve this?

I feel like the colors need more contrast but I’m not sure how to implement that. I kind of want to give it like a golden hour kind of look with more shadows but I’m afraid of making the colors look muddy. What should I do? Any and all constructive criticism is appreciated!

I feel like I’m ruining everyone’s lives and mine

I was born tan: I’ve always been made fun of . My sister, who is older by a year, is white-skinned. You can see where this is going. So when I was young I started working out to at least have an attractive body since everyone thought my skin is not pretty. I know this sounds very shallow but it ties with something that happened today. My body looked good but I would easily gain weight unless I starved so that arose arguments with my parents. Then I would stop starving, happy parents, gain weight, fall into depression. My sister naturally has thinner bones and arms but a bigger bust than me, so of course without trying she looks better. My grandmother would call her pretty, call her “moon!” when she’d see me she’d say, you too.. or something like” you’re so smart”. Today I was on vacation and the tourist guide took photos of me and my sister and said she looked like Shakira, then said I look like I make a great doctor.. 0_0

I’m not hideous, but I’ve started to feel that way. Especially since I walk 33k +steps everyday, burn 1000 calories every day, put on creams, hair products, everything to look better. Yet people gravitate towards ppl who are paler, who don’t have to try. When I got home I cried. Why? Because I try so hard. I try so hard and no one seems to notice. I do exceptionally well in school, no one cares. I deep clean the top floor of my house, no one cares. I try new hair products, workouts, diets, nada. As long as I’m tanned I’m ugly to everyone. The problem started when my sister saw me crying. I love my sister and my parents, but she is horrible when it comes to emotional support. She told me god will take away my blessing and that I ruin everything and that I will fail my exams because of the way I think. I’ve only explained my insecurities with my mom and sister once before, and they made it my entire personality. It bothers them just to see me. I bother them. I plan to get surgery and skin bleaching to stop being just the smart sister. My ability to study and learn is something I cherish and am so proud of. I feel so guilty because I know so many people have it way worse. I’m scared I’ll do something I might regret. I can’t talk to anyone. I only want to talk to God
