What would be the science on this event in a book I’m writing?

So I want to write a book called countdown from 500 where suddenly one day the sun disappears and I know enough science to know that it’s 8 minutes and 20 seconds but I have a few questions. 1. Could something like this happen suddenly or do I have to make a fictional event? 2. Is earth with no sun habitable for any amount of time? 3. What would happen to anyone on the surface when it disappears and how long would it take for the earth to like freeze over? Thank you science community🙏

Who would be interested?

Who would like to see a small series about accurate angels? (I am not religious so out of respect nothing of this series will be directly biblical, only heavily inspired.) the premise of this would be that since primitive days, angels have come down to earth to take people into their death but since cavemen we’re inherently aggressive, the angels have evolved methods that make it seem they are not forces of nature and instead malicious beings.

I need MANY suggestions

I’m deciding to devote all my extra time into working on a movie for I have no mouth and I must scream, legally I cannot as I am unable to sign contracts due to age but if I start now I’m hoping to start first steps as soon as possible(I kinda wanna beat Kane parsons for youngest director) I’m hoping to make this almost fan made to appeal to the fandom awaiting a movie for YEARS so please comment all your desires in a movie including but not limited to, based on the book or game, casting, scenes, genre and etc I want this movie if made to be ideal, not just a success but instead what the people want. I’m hoping to ( if I’m able to pull this off) mention many people who were very helpful in the credits. So please help out with this and let your ideas be known.
