feeling suicidal

I’ve struggled for so long, I’m autistic, have no friends, 16 years old. Just left school and thought i was getting better but I’ve gotten into my disordered eating habits again and my brain is constantly telling me to sh, I’ve been clean for 5 months. I don’t know how to get better. I’ve had so many therapists and I was finally happy again, I don’t want to repeat that same cycle. It genuinely just makes me want to end things to make it easier. any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Budgie got to a healthy weight and has gained it all back.??

My budgie was at 48g and I started him on a new diet, he was on an all seed diet ever since I got him but a few months ago I started more healthier options of pellets, veg, quinoa etc. he lost weight to about 35g and I weighed him today and he is now 47g again. I’m not sure what my options are. I feed him Harrison’s super fine potency pellets as it’s recommended to feed for 6 months after an all seed diet, some seeds and vegetables daily. I have 2 budgies so altogether I give 2 tbsp of pellets, 1tbsp of seeds and vegetables everyday. Please help me as I want my baby to be as healthy as possible.

Do my eyebrow piercing holes look okay?

I’ve just took it out to clean the piercing and I’m wondering if the holes look healthy. I’m aware they’re red and I’ve had the redness ever since I’ve got it downsized and it sometimes itches and crusts a little. I’ve had it for about 6 1/2 months.

Can budgies eat high potency fine pellets instead of high potency super fine?

I use the brand Harrison’s and I usually feed my budgies the super fine however when I ordered their pellets I accidentally bought the regular fine. They are a bit bigger than super fine I’m just wondering if budgies are still able to successfully eat them?

I need help finding an anime!!

I watched this in around 2020-2021 time when I first started getting into anime, it wasn’t really a popular one and I just came across it on YouTube and I never ended up finishing it. I literally cannot remember anything about it apart from the characters. There were a lot of men/teens (approximately 8-11) with bright hair and bright clothes and I think one female character. I don’t know if there were competing against one another to get her but that’s the only thing I can remember. The words “glitter” and “rainbow” are constantly in my head when I think about the title of the anime and I’ve looked everywhere but can’t find anything. I think it’s a 2-3 word title and it has around 12 episodes. Pls help!!

Should I still cover a budgies cage at night during a heatwave?

I use a thin bedsheet all year round but it’s getting up to 30-35 degrees Celsius (during the day) and about 25 Celsius at night. It doesn’t sound hot but due to the humidity it does get pretty uncomfortable. I’m obviously not sure as I don’t live in a budgies body and do not know how their body regulates temperate like we do.

Is my budgies poop concerning?

This poop has only become recent, I’ve started them on a new healthier diet around a month ago and it consists of pellets, seeds, veggies, lentils and quinoa (they used to be on an all seed diet) so my only reasoning behind this is because of a diet change? There is also normal poop in their cage and this green runny diohreea seems to only be coming from one of my birds (I have 2). Also the reason it’s in a pile is because one of their swings is directly above this. They don’t seem to be unlike themselves and they seem perfectly happy and healthy apart from the poop

Budgie pellet advice

Do you guys have any cheaper but good alternatives for the Harrison’s pellets? I buy the super fine pellets but it costs £17-£20 on Amazon for 1lb which seems pretty expensive. It lasts just over a month but it still seems pretty dear for the amount you get. I’m based in the uk so pls tell me any cheaper options but also ones that are actually good for budgies. Thanks

Is it normal for a budgie to lose a lot of weight after a new diet?

My budgie used to weigh 48g, he now weighs 36g. He lost 12g within under 2 weeks. He used to be on an unhealthy diet of only seeds, veggies and eggfood which is why I think he was overweight. He now eats pellets, minimal seeds, quinoa, chia seeds, lentils and lots of veggies. He also has access to fresh water. He looks a lot slimmer but he isn’t acting any different: he still eats, flies, tweets etc. He’s nearly 3 years old btw and has a friend budgie with him at all times. Pls Lmk!

Is my eyebrow piercing migrating?

Got this pierced on December 5th 2025 and downsized bars around April time. I did have a few small issues after downsizing but it seems to be okay apart from the red patch on the bottom. This is a curved barbell and I clean it 1-2 times a day with saline spray. Recently I’ve noticed the bar becoming more visible which is leading me to believe it’s potentially migrating. Nothing has happened that may have irritated it to migrate, just wondering if I could have any advice from people with more knowledge.

Is my budgie overweight?

This is my budgie clover and he is turning 3 years old in October. I weighed him today and he weighs 48 grams. He’s a very confident flier and he enjoys exercising. I have another budgie called cosmo (same age) and weighs 37 grams. Cosmo struggles to fly due to wing damage from a young age so doesn’t get as much exercise, however he weighs less. I feed them both trill, egg food and spinach/any other veggies I have. They always have access to fresh water everyday. There hasn’t been any concerning symptoms as he seems happy and healthy. Please let me know if clover looks unhealthy and give me some tips if needed. Thanks.
