Unable to login in to my hinge account

I've been completely locked out of my Hinge account for several days because every time I try to log in, I get the error "Too many verification requests."
I've already contacted Hinge Support and sent all the information they requested, but I still haven't received any response or update. At this point, I'm honestly really distressed. It's frustrating not knowing what's happening with my account or why this error won't go away.
I've tried waiting, reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and logging in again, but nothing has worked.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so:
How long did it take to get resolved?
Did Hinge Support eventually respond?
Is there anything else I can try?
I'm honestly just looking for some advice or reassurance because this whole situation has been really stressful. Thanks in advance.
