I have a bunch of extra uppers that I've built and I forgot I had this 13.7" with LVPO on it. I did some things to it to get it gassed right but now it runs nice. Throwing on a can makes it even better.
I woke up at 2:30 am and was determined to do a trigger swap on this 11.3" Aero Precision M4E1 build. I wanted a Single Stage trigger.in this build instead of the Geissele G2S that was in it.
Luckily I had a few options to choose from:
- ALG QMS single stage trigger
- ALG ACT single stage trigger
- CMC Triggers Single Stage Component Combat Curved trigger (4.5lb)
- Radian Vertex Flat Bow Trigger
- Geissele SD-3G Flat Bow Trigger
I narrowed down the options to two; the Radian Vertex and Geissele SD-3G. I ended up going with the Geissele SD-3G. I used the black spring which is the lighter spring. I know it's not technically a single stage trigger -- It's a hybrid but I've used it in another build. It feels like a single stage to me, almost comparable to the SSP but better. if I had a spare SSP then that's what I would went with. Long story short I ended up installing the 3G.
I just got home from the range and couldn't be happier with the swap. Not sure if it is funny or sad that this kept me up at night. It didn't take long to swap out the trigger but still got me thinking about the situation...
Anyone else rocking a VLTOR A5 buffer system on their 11.5" build? The improvements are quite noticeable and I can't get over how soft shooting it has made my build especially suppressed.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I upgraded my mil-spec buffer retainer with a Forward Controls Design RBF (reinforced buffer retainer). I think paying attention to little details like these make the overall build that much better.
I was looking around for a OWB holster for G19.5 MOS and I happen to come across this brand new IWB We The People holster and mag carrier for a Glock 45. I completely forgot that I bought these for my Glock 45. They're actually not too bad. I think I got em for $50. I bought them at least over 2 years ago. I am rocking them right now in a T-shirt and not printing which is good. Pretty comfy even sitting down and I'm wearing appendix. I typically use Vedder Holsters but I'm digging the WTP holster I just found. Anybody else use We The People holsters or are they not as good as I think they are for the price?

I EDC the G26 Gen 4 and have been for over a decade. The G26 Gen 5 MOS is a range toy. Both are awesome little pistols and given the chance I would dual wield them. Who wouldn't, am I right?
I bought this Glock 26 Gen 5 MOS a couple years ago when they first started offering it in MOS. It's a sweet little pistol. I hope Glock comes out with a Gen 6 COA version. That would be awesome.
I have owned and carried this Glock 26 Gen 4 for over a decade now. It's seen some upgrades but it is still reliable as ever. I have a G26.5 MOS which I'll make a separate post of shortly but this is my main squeeze.
Kinda new to using magnifiers and I was having a hard time deciding on what to get. I wanted to stay on brand and get EOTech G33 or G43 magnifier. I ended up getting the G33. I order it yesterday along with a Unity FTC mount. I was wondering if the G33 was the best choice for this 11.3" AR Pistol. Does anyone have any pictures of a 11.3"/11.5" AR Pistol that has the G33 and a HWS EXPS3 or EXPS2 on Unity mounts so I can get an idea what it might look like? Thanks
13.9" Aero Precision M4E1 Pro vs. 14.5" Aero Precision M4E1 (both p&w to 16")
Which one would you consider to be peak Aero Precision?
The middle one is 14.5" with a pin and welded muzzle device bringing it to 16" and the other two are 16". If I had to subjectively rank them, the Aero Precision M4E1 build to the left is mid tier, the middle one is mid-high tier and the Radian Model 1 is high tier. Would like to see your favorite 16" AR(s). Anyway I hope you enjoy the pic.
I was going through my 11.5" ARs and found this gem. It brought me back to the good ol' days where I really enjoyed building out M4E1 lowers and uppers. It's a pretty simple but practical build. Has some pretty decent parts in it and runs like a well oiled machine both unsuppressed and suppressed. Anyway, enjoy the pic.
Got myself a brand new EOTech HWS EXPS3 for this 11.5" AR Pistol build that I'm working on. Seemed like a good opportunity since it was 25% off. Sale is still live and thinking about getting a G43 magnifier to go with it. I'll consider it an earlier Father's Day gift for myself lol.
This is my first 8.3" 300 BLK build that has seen some serious changes since I took the picture. Looking back on it now I think; maybe it was better when it was simpler. Eh, anyway, enjoy the pic!

Possibly the coolest gun play I have ever seen but it's too bad it was animated. Though I am sure there are fellow 1911 enthusiasts who can do this in their sleep.

I can't believe I haven't made a post about my G45. This is an OG and has the first Gen Glock Performance Trigger in it with a ~3lb trigger pull. It's more accurate than me and spits fire! I love it.
