For all our Linux users, what is your boot time? (To grub and to the login screen)

Mine is 4.45s to GRUB and 10.01s to Ubuntu 26.04 login

Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE tips

So I am looking to install 23.2 on my 2109119DG soon and before I do I would like to know any pro tips to make it easier and some quality of life things to do(maybe root or similar or apps)

Also I have already installed lineage but it was 14.1 on a SM-T561
