so basically i want to get into the Shantae series via 1/2 genie hero but i just need some confirmation that it's actually good despite looking at the reviews on steam... so yeah is Shantae 1/2 genie hero a good game?

Both are thin and lean body type characters who are related to a smash bros fighter who is noted with a bright color (Roy and Wario with red and yellow respectfully) with Lyn and waluigi being assist trophies in smash bros and the fans praying for Sakurai to make them into full on fighters in smash bros with that day probably never going to appear, both are also masters of multiple things (Lyn is a master of kenjutsu, iaijutsu and kyujutsu while waluigi is a master of sports due to the sports games, dancing with DDR Mario mix and cheating) while having logic defying moves in the games they both appear in (Lyn being able to pull a vergil and cut anyone down as fast as fuck, while waluigi can swim through the air, summon vines and preform moves a normal guy can't do) and both make their first appearence after the original super smash bros released

Design: Alt 4 Inkling, but bandana loses skull in exchange for a kraken design on the bandana, ink of inkling is red, armor is red and black, shorts are still black, boots are more armor like with leather bits on it, shoulder pads, and the jar containing ink (like in Splatoon) is more technological, and also looks like an action figure
PASSIVES
Passive 1:Ink meter
Next to the Painquid’s portrait is a bar of red ink inside a long glass tube, representing how much ink that painquid has left, if painquid runs out of ink, his weapons become weaker but he can refill his ink meter.
Passive 2:Armory
Painquid has multiple weapons at his disposal and can change at a whim via right mouse click, these weapons include:
Tidalwave (slosher equivalent)
Crushslam (splat roller equivalent)
paintslash (inkbrush equivalent)
Maxshot (blaster equivalent)
The second ability (not counting M1) changes depending on which weapon has been selected from the armory, so please note that the second ability changes from the selected weapon
i'm still working on the lore for Painquid but i don't really have anything solid, and passive 3 is a W.I.P but i'll give you a hint on what it does, the hint is that the weapons that appear for the third passive are the trump cards of inkling weapons everywhere, like let's say... a bazooka that fire ink perhaps?
and i'll work on the moves, just give me some time

somehow i beat a rob player, a yoshi player and a toon link player despite all of them being on blue team while me, a shulk player was stuck on green team as one player, but against all odds i SOMEHOW pulled the dub against all 3 of these characters AS A SHULK PLAYER... i honestly feel like i did a good job

I believe male corrin might be the most screwed over fire emblem character in history, and before any of you say otherwise, let me speak on how I believe it:
THE LORE: Male Corrin is put into the same situation as his female counterpart AKA the war between Hoshido and Nohr as shown in fates despite me never playing it, yet unlike female corrin, Male Corrin gets absolutely pummeled by everyone which includes the fans from him sounding whiny and for his blind hope despite the fact both corrins are stuck in the same situation.
THE WRITERS: One of the gimmicks of Fire emblem fates much like Awakening is the ability to DATE a character with the MC, which was a famous part of awakening, so much so they brought it back in fates!.. although the problem is if you don't know there are other options that don't relate to either Nohr or Hoshido, you're stuck with Corrin either dating:
A: His adopted family from Nohr
Or
B:His supposedly biological family from Hoshido.
While Female Corrin and Camilla being together is treated as sisterly bonding, male corrin and Camilla being together counts as sweet home Alabama (sorry if this joke is offensive to some of you) which forces male corrin to SUFFER if the player doesn't know the other not kingdom related options in fire emblem fates.
THE FANBASE AND APPEARENCES: So now we reached the amount of appearances the two versions of corrin had alongside the fanbase (please note i do not treat all the fans as the same, i know there are some people who like male corrin so yeah) you may be asking how many appearances does female corrin have over male corrin, and the answer is: ALOT like every time corrin is featured in a fire emblem game, it's always Corrin's Female counterpart that's used and not the male counterpart which leaves male corrin in the dust, and we can't use smash bros due to female corrin also appearing as a alt for corrin... meaning Male corrin's other appearance in fire emblem related media is fire emblem heroes with fallen corrin and male corrin is probably still in heroes although its balanced out by female corrin existing too, while the fanbase, despite the factoid both corrins share the same story, often choose female corrin to be the representative of corrin, leaving male corrin in the dust as female corrin gets fanart, statues and other cool things.. which honestly makes me empathetic for poor male corrin.

seriously though, i hope cosmic coffee is okay, he has seemed to have commited something he consideres horrible which seems to be abuse alongside other not mentioned and doesn't want to be given support so he privated all his videos and potentially might have killed himself according to the final part of his last community post.
of course we know abuse is one of the things he did to this mysterious person, but the other horrible things he did are not mentioned at all, so we should most likely worry and pray for his safety but if he did die... then rest in peace.
