How are my builds for Keqing's aggravate teammates?

I feel a bit lost with Kazuha especially.

How to fix pronunciation?

I have issues getting Macne Nana English (because of her accent) and Gachapoid (because he's weird) to pronounce vowels correctly sometimes. Any tips for fixing this, either in Vocaloid5 or in a DAW?

when you're a creative with adhd

I'm cleaning out my Google Drive, and I found this file from 2018 that I think is funny because of how ADHD it is.

"I shall write an entire book, and I shall write out the plot from the very beginning before writing down literally anything about it! This is going to go great!"

"Oh yeah actually I'm going to stop partway through the second bullet point and never touch it again. Then I'll find it 8 years later and have no idea what the story was going to be."

Usually my projects get a little farther than this XD

Headphones for audio that don't put pressure on head or ears?

My headphones are broken and don't work well, but I haven't been able to find a replacement I like. Headphones tend to put pressure on my head and give me a headache after a while, and some over-ear headphones create pressure buildup around my ears, which I don't like. I've tried re-ordering the model I have, but it's changed. I tried a couple of models that I saw frequently recommended by people as comfortable headphones, but had the same issues. Any recommendations?

Should I get C2 Keqing from To Temper Thyself and Journey Far?

I have a chance of completing To Temper Thyself for the first time. The Stella Fortunas I'm most interested in are C1 Qiqi, C2 Mona, C2 Yoimiya, and C2 Keqing. I use Keqing the most by far, but I know her constellations aren't great. She definitely doesn’t need the energy particles that her C2 provides, but could it be a worthwhile help to her teammates? Or should I not bother? Yoimiya, maybe?

Artists with ADHD, how do you stay motivated to finish bigger projects?

I can finish individual illustrations, but I often start bigger projects--the more reasonable ones being things like animatics, a short comic, or a series of drawings--and I'll be into for a bit, but then I'll completely lose interest. I have to cut corners if I want to finish bigger things, and it's frustrating because I can't be as proud of it. I know I can do better, but I can't do better.

Has anyone figured out a solution for this?

How do I stop using chicken scratch to figure out my sketch?

I sketch with chicken scratch, and it's something I've been slowly trying to work on over time so I can make my sketches more presentable. I assumed the problem was that I lacked control over my lines, so I've been practicing with that in mind, but as I improve with that, I'm realizing there may be a second part to it as well, which is that I don't know w'here the lines should go. It's easier to shape and carve with messy line segments, so I use chicken scratch to feel out where the line should go. I'm not really sure how to work on this. Any ideas?

The Supergirl storyline feels kinda patronizing.

After the section I got today, my first thought was that it feels like a children's show, but then I thought of Bluey and how it handles emotions and interpersonal interactions in a way that resonates with both kids and adults. So it's not even that the Supergirl story is aimed at children (which would be uncomfortable anyway for an app with a lot of disabled adult users); it's that it's poorly written for any audience.

Finch storylines are always like this to some extent, which is why I just ignored it from the Supergirl story at first, but this one feels worse to me. Or maybe I'm just fed up with it. I don’t know.

[Printing] How do you get colors right?

I'm considering getting my art printed on stickers and/or keychains for the first time, but I'm worried about how the colors will look. I know screens can't display real CMYK, that different screens have different color settings, and that things sometimes come out much darker when they're printed. When I've printed my own photography and typography work at my university, I've had some pieces that I needed to adjust and reprint multiple times, and that's with monitors adjusted to match the printer.

Do you get a sample of every new artwork before ordering in bulk? Do you ever do multiple rounds of samples to adjust colors? Do colors look different on different materials from the same manufacturer?

PSA: Trade instead of selling your Supergirl items

Supergirl items won't be available after this month. Selling your items sends them into the abyss, decreasing the total number in existence. Trading allows more people who want the items to get them, so if it's not too much of an inconvenience for you, I suspect it would be appreciated a lot. I just hope Finch won't block gifting for these items

An achievment in Genshin Impact references Six Trillion Years and Overnight Story!

I was looking through the achievements and noticed this one. I think that's super cool, especially since people joke that Faruzan is Miku and Mika is Len. I'm deciding now that Citlali is IA.

There's also a "character" (large sentient hand who kinda just exists but is used for a game mechanic) named Dex in a recent quest, which I loved as a fan of Vocaloid Dex.

My Wanderer is named "Yuma" after VY2. I love Genshin Vocaloid crossovers.

I went to the DC concert last night. I didn't wear hearing protection because I didn't think of it in time to buy concert earplugs. I brought regular earplugs, but I didn't use them because they made it hard to hear. I wish I had just used them anyway because now I'm so scared that I've permanently worsened my hearing. The combination of anxiety disorders plus concert volumes actually being really dangerous for hearing has me pretty upset. I hate that one small choice could have permenent repercussions. 😭

Also, my ears feel full when I've been stressed because I grind my teeth at night, so I'm scared I'm not going to know if I wake up tomorrow and have full ears again whether that's because of the concert or stress.

I'm hoping venting about this will at least help me get it out my head a bit, because thinking about it over and over isn’t going to change anything. 😵‍💫
