If MCU Thor was recruited by the COP to fight in the Viltrumite war how good would he be?

Honestly, if the COP had him there's a very high chance they would win the war. Thor in the MCU is broken.

In his first movie he was able to break apart the frost giants planet with a single strike.

In Infinity War he took the consuntrated power of a neutron star for an extended period.

In What if?... he was shown on par with Captain Marvel who was shown to reignite a star in the Marvels, and in What if?... was shown to be able to push Ultron down to the core of Xandar mind you it took Nolan, Thaedus and Mark 3 of some of the strongest Viltrumites to destroy a planet that also had to be prepped by Space Racer.

And this was a Thor that hadn't unlocked his full power as he still had Mjölir, so Thor by Ragnarock and beyond should theoretically upscale unless there are statements that say Thor in that series is stronger than Thor in the mainline movies.

I think an I Am Legend style JP movie would be awesome

Before anybody says, yes I know Camp Cretaceous is basically that. But CC is a kids show, I'm talking about a movie, one that would actually kill main characters and include more horror esc moments.

Hear me out.

Imagine if a group of scientists got left behind on Site B or C when it was abandoned and are forced to survive the Island every character would die throughout the movie until only two characters remain. And the main character sacrifices themselves to save the last survivor.

3 years and never lost a fight vs getting your ass handed to you by the first person around your weight class.

And the only reason his 3 year streak ended was literally because the person he was fighting was a clone of him, knows all his fighting moves, and has multiple people quickly guiding and telling him what to do. Need I mention that Cavill's Superman died not even two years into being Superman.

Man Gamera 2014 is such an underrated masterpiece

Man everything about the movie is amazing, Adam Wingard did a spectacular job with it. He gave the monsters an incredible sense of scale, you really felt the weight behind every hit. And I loved how grounded and down to earth it was, it really felt like you were in the action.

Its a shame Guardian of the Universe underperformed at the box office, had it not released around the same time as Final Crisis I guarentee it would have done better.

But then Gareth Edwards came along and ruined everything, he made the monsters weightless and everything was just dumb action slop, he also had this wierd grudge against Ultraman because of a debate in school. I hope the bring Adam Wingard back for a Gamera 3 one day.

Why dont the movies adapt characters from the Books that didnt make it into the movies?

Characters like Jack Thorne, Richard Levine, Ed Regis, Arby Benton, Howard King, and George Baselton. All these characters that were cut from the first two movies could be reworked into newer movies. IDK why they dont. Is it because they cant? Its not like they'd be hard to adapt if they can. They adapt scene's from the Books into the movies, I dont see why they cant to the same with unused characters aswell.

Could a Sauropod kill a pure Titan?

I came across a short AU on Tiktok by a creator called @AlithoraxEnthusiast who's (art is shown on the last four images.) https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNRtRxaUg/ which depicts a Sauropod in the world of AOT. And it got me thinking could a Sauropod actually take down a pure Titan? Like ones in the ten'ish meter range. IMO I'd say it could.

Monsterverse Hedorah (by Ta Chien Yu)

Probably my favourite interpretation of Hedorah in the Monsterverse.

What if in Rebirth the D-Rex was instead a horribly mutated and disfigured T-Rex. like the Bear in Annihilation

I think that would have been much better then what we ended up getting. Imagine the potential horror you could do with that, plus I think it would fit the whole mutant thing they were trying to go for much better.

What do you think Edwards original vision for Godzilla 2 would have been like had he actually made it?

He wanted to include Mechagodzilla and Monster Island in the sequel. I'd have loved to have seen his take on Monster Island and what monsters he would have included, plus how he would have approached Mechagodzilla. But that said, I'm worried it might have felt a bit redundent given we just had Kong Skull Island, and now we have another Islsnd with monsters? And I think using Mechagodzilla in the third installment of a series that was still fairly realistic would have felt a bit off, I think a better option would be someone like Biollante. I still would have probably loved Mechagodzilla tho.

How I would have handled/done DC/The DCU

This isnt me saying I think the DCU is bad or that I could do a better job than Gunn, I made this just for fun.

Starting with the DCU I would scrap movies like Shazam 2 and Black Adam, and delay movies like Beetle and have him appear in the DCU. I would have the Flash movie be a more accurate adaptation, and I would potentially recast Barry. That would mark the end of the DCEU and work as a reboot/launch to the DCU. TBH, I did for this consider actually restoring the Snyderverse as an elseworlds project, mainly becsuse in my mind, I planned for the endgame of the DCU to be Crisis on Infinite Earths. Similar to how the MCU is bringing back the fox X Men in secret wars I thought of doing the same with the Snyderverse.

As for the DCU itself, I would have Pattinsons Batman be the DCU's Batman but it wouldnt be revealed until 2027. I would change Lanterns from a series into a movie and Supergirl from a movie to a series.

What are your opinions?

(All credit to the original creators of the fanmade posters I used for this)

Invincible really got people thinking that Viltrumites stand a chance against someone like Hulk

Happens every year when a new season releases.

It takes 3 Viltrumites in the comics to blow up a fairly sized planet not to mention the planet had to be prepped beforehand, meanwhile Hulk is out smashing Black Holes lol.

I think the "Winged Godzilla" should have instead been Ghidorah

Before anyone says, yes, I'm aware this is not canon and it also may or may not be Godzilla himself but I wanted to share this idea.

In KOTM its stated that in ancient times Ghidorah fell from the stars and basically went to war with Godzilla and the rest of earth. Then in GvK we also learn there was another war betweem the Godzilla's and the Kongs. But also apperently (If were pretending the cave art is cannon for a sec) it shows what is the Kong's, the Godzilla's and humanity teaming up to fight this flying Godzilla that looks like its coming from space almost.

Now hear me out on this idea, what if instead of it showing some winged Godzilla it instead depicted Monster Zero descending from the stars and doing battle with the Kong's, Godzilla's and humanity. And the lore is that during the great war Ghidorah arrived on earth and he was so powerful that both the Godzilla's and Kong's had to team up as they couldnt beat him on there own sparking an allience that lasted some time before Ghidorah was defeated in Antartica. This would then mirror in present day as Ghidorah somewhat takes control of Mechagodzilla forcing Godzilla and Kong to team up to defeat him and once they do it then marks the end of the war and a new peace treaty.

I think that would have been realy neat, and would actually expand on the lore of KOTM and connect it to the lore of GvK as apposed to what they ended up doing.

What do you think?

Is it a hot take to say I *really* dont like the Giganotosaurus in Dominion?

I'm sorry but its just a nothing dinosaur, there's nothing special about it. All the traits from the real dinosaur that would have made it intersting are stripped away.

Its speed? Nah its slower than the T'rex. Its razor knife like teeth? Nah it has a bone crushing T'rex like Jaw now. What about its design? Its more slender build and its chad chin? Nah lets make it this big bulky animal with lots of spikes and no chin. The Giga dosent even look like a Giga, it looks like something you might find on Skull Island.

The animal is so boring in the movie i genuinly think its the most boring and unintresting dinosaur in the series so far. What, it beat the T Rex? Spino and Indom done it already, For the Spino it was the first time we saw it happen and they were experimenting new ground, plus I believe in cannon that it said that it was modified to be much tuffer and aggressive than it should be, and as for the Indom, it was a Hybrid mixed with multiple genomes so it also gets a pass. But the Giga? We know for a fact that T rex was stronger (and bigger) then the Giga so it being the "largest known terrestrial carnivoure" is just wrong. IDK why they feel the need to downplay the T rex in order to show how big and strong the new dinosaur is, and it dosent work anymore!

Then there's it being hyped up as "the joker" or whatever, becsuse it has a scar at its lip or something?

I dont think the Giga should have been in Dominion, give the role to another therapod like the Spino, people wanted the Spino back and you could have it fight the T rex. Or maybe something less controversal, another T Rex, would make more sense for it to be Rexy's "rival" as T rex's are known to have fought eachother over lots of things and you avoid more contraversy.

Then you can give the Giga its movie where you can utalise its own strenghts to make it a scary force for the protagonists to survive.

But these are just my opinions, quick rant over.

I think the 2005 universe had/has potential for more stories.

King Kong 2005 is my favourite Kong movie its a masterpiece. And I do think there are more potential stories that could be told.

The art on top is from the April Fools Son of Kong, and I'm gonna be honest I actually think it looks cool. Or if you think they shouldnt make a sequel. They could make a prequel I think there is lots of potential in prequels, you could do a bit with it. Have sailors become stranded on Skull Islsnd and have to survive the dangers of Skull Island and trying to escspe. Or show how the ancient civilisation arrived on the Island, or the fall of their civilisation with the island being torn apart by earthquakes.

How long do you think Ghidorah was on earth for before he was frozen?

Its something I thought about, we know that Godzilla and Ghidorah have a rivalry and it dosent seem like Skar King where they fought once and never again until present day. It seems like he was on earth or implied to be on earth for a while before he was frozen. I also wonder what Ghidorah was like when he initially arrived on earth, were him and Godzilla hostile from the start? Or did he arrive and instantly begin his rampage? Did earth basically go through their own version of the Wither Storm arc before Ghidorah was frozen?
