Single Bondi 9

This is an absolute long shot but here goes! I had a surgery on my right foot leaving me in a walking boot for about 6 months. Just before I was hurt I purchased a new pair of women’s Bondi 9 (size 10) shoes in white/pink opal. My left shoe’s tread has significantly worn down due to use whereas my right is brand new. I just transitioned back into normal shoes and my PT recommended I use the Bondi 9s but because of the uneven tread I am unable to.

I called Hoka’s support line and they told me that there was no way for me to purchase one singular shoe from them. Zappos also doesn’t have this shoe available in a single. Can anyone point me in the right path? I’m at a loss and a very broke college student so I don’t love the idea of spending $200 on shoes again. Thank you!

Finally had to do it

3 months in a boot, physical therapy, and a lifetime of pain when physically exerting myself.

Calorie Deficit Help

Hello! I am new to losing weight, and need a little help.

For context I am F20, 5’7, and around 175 lbs right now. I am currently at the highest weight I’ve ever been, and it has been a pretty dramatic weight gain. Over the past year I’ve gained about 35 lbs and I’d like to lose the weight I put on. Due to an injury on my foot I’m pretty immobile, and I’ll be having surgery in about a month.

Due to not being able to properly work out, I’ve been more mindful of my calorie intake over the past few weeks, and want to try out a deficit. Sources and calculators online seem to conflict each other, so I’m wondering if anyone has any insight into what my daily calorie intake SHOULD be?

Thank you!!
