Ok, I'm done with ranked for a while!!

Here's my figurine collection of the Ladies of Macross!

The 2 middle 30th Anniversary Minmay and Sheryl Nome were purchased in 2024 on my last trip to Japan. They're the feature of my display, until I get the Lynn Minmay DYRL figurine, which I pre-ordered for next year!

My recent 2026 Japan trip additions are the far left Sheryl with the paper plane, and the 2 Steampunk Ranka-chan and Sheryl (15th Anniversary of Frontier)! They were cheap too, at ¥1000 each! (Ranka-chan was even cheaper, at a ridiculous ¥500!)

The seated Sheryl was also purchased in 2024. It's the same scale as the 30th Anniversary figurines.

The last 3, smaller figurines of Sheryl flanked by 2 different Ranka-chan's was purchased years earlier, and were my first ever figurines!

Yes, I need more shelves!! 🤣

I just got the mega-wings thing and the eyes!

How do you like my end of season fit??

Ready to take on Bantus!!

Seiko-chan is my absolute favourite singer!

I just got back from Japan, and I was able to get Seiko Matsuda's 25th Anniversary DVD Box Set!! It contains 13 DVDs - 10 live concerts from the early 80s to the mid 90s (my fav eras of hers)! The 3 other DVDs have interviews, documentary-style clips, music videos, and even commercials that she either starred in, or used her music!

Watching a Seiko-chan concert on my TV is so surreal!! Some of her live concerts (full or clips) are available on YouTube, but the quality and sound is nowhere close to the DVDs!!

Just thought I'd share! Thanks for stopping by! 😍

I hope it's ok that I'm sharing my excitement here!

Seiko-chan is my absolute favourite singer, and although she's not exactly citypop, I see there's definitely a lot of idol love here, so I thought I'd share!

How do you guys like my recent Yamashita Tatsuro CD haul?

OPUS - 4 Disc collection!

Tatsuro from Niagara - hits from his Niagara Records produced era, 1975-76

SPACY - Well known legendary 2nd studio album

JOY - Original 1989 CD of his 80s live performances, including Plastic Love, performed by his wife Mariya Takeuchi

Just wanted to share my recent purchase at the Capcom Store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo!

Official GRAPHT SF6 T-Shirt with alt costumes! (Yasmine isn't on this, so just up to Season 3?)

I'm an Aki main, and costume 3 is my fav! Had to get this shirt!!

Aren't you guys glad that I'm allowed to post pics of merch here? (SF sub, too bad for you!!)

Here's another official merch I got from the Capcom Store in Ikebukuro!

SF6 shirt, with non-default costumes! Specifically, there's A.K.I. in costume 3!

This is the same art as the sticker pack I posted previously...

SO COOL!!!

Our visit to the Tsukiji area!

Uni - from Hokkaido. ¥5,500 (discounted from ¥7,800!).

Chuu-Toro - medium softness/firmness. Very delicious!

O-Toro - the right-side pieces were creamier than the left side pieces. Overall, very delicious!

Sui-ika (squid) - Japanese squid sashimi is the best!

Aji - my wife's favourite! Very delicious!

Salmon - my kids' favourite! It was perfect!

Holy crap!! I've been a YT fan since 1998. I've had this album in my collection for YEARS, and I must have skipped over this track...

Playing all my YT on random, this track played, and OMG! IT'S FRIKKIN AWESOME!!!!

These pics were from my trip today to Akihabara, Tamashi Nations Store!

Highlights are as mentioned above the SDF-1, with a November release date, and the Top Gun Maverick VF-25 Custom, releasing in September! (Sadly I'll be home by then 😭) - Honestly, that's sooo awesome! But I already bought the Roy Foker VF-1S, and the VF-25G Super Messiah Revival! Hard to justify also getting this...

What more can I say about this??

😍😍😍😍😍🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

By request, here's some of the merch I got just now at the Capcom Store in Ikebukuro!

The Aki doll and small tsum-tsum are pretty awesome! (But over-priced, ouch)

Sticker set with Aki costume 3, my fav costume!

Really beautiful towel! I would have expected more dark purple, but it's still AMAZING 😍

AKI T-Shirt, pretty freaky! I definitely overpaid for this too... 😭 But It's my first and only AKI shirt (official) for now!

A non-Aki but pretty cool Capcom All Stars T-Shirt, made of a really breathable material! The art was just too cool not to get!

This is 2 different keychains from those gasha-pon machines!

The flat keychain was 300¥ per try, and it took me 3 tries...

The doll was 500¥, and it took me 6 tries 😭

I ended up with 2 Ken's, 2 Manon's, 1 Bison doll keychain... Oh well! Souvenirs for my Ken, Manon and Bison mains back home! 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

Characters in Maison Ikkoku were named after stations/locations around Tokyo.

Somehow I found myself here! 😂

Very delicious nigiri sushi!

Which do you think tasted the best??

Sushi-ya Shinkichi

Got these nice cards from a convenience store in Japan! ✌🏻
