How do I clear the Inspection notification?

We’ve had the car for a little over a year and have the inspection notification popping up. Dealer wants $300 to rotate the tires and do a “multi point inspection” in order to clear the light. That feels like robbery. Any way I can clear the notification myself?

What to look for in a used GS3?

Hi all. Someone in my area bought a small restaurant and is selling 2019 GS3 that was used in the restaurant by the previous owner for about 4 years. I have to assume it saw some pretty substantial use being in a commercial setting. First, should I avoid it altogether? If not, what would I want to look for before buying? Not super familiar with the inner workings of the machine but do know they are built to last. Thanks for any info you can provide.

How to manage during travel?

Hi all, I’m pretty new to this. About two months ago I was wrenching on my bicycle and I bent over slightly and felt something at the base of my back. Ever since I’ve been dealing with severe sciatica on my left side. I have very little actual back pain, but have excruciating pain in my glute and hamstring, especially when standing still. Walk is better, but not much. I’m generally fine when I’m sitting down. I went to my doctor who put me on a course of prednisone, which I think helped a little. I’ve started PT not only had two sessions. Regrettably I haven’t had any imagine done yet but my PT thinks ifs a herniated disc or stenosis. We leave in a couple of days on a long international trip where I will need to be on my feet a lot. I really don’t want to be a drag to my wife’s trip. Just looking for advice for things I can do to manage the pain while we’re on the trip. I do have TENS unit I’m taking, Advil seems to help a little. Also have some stretches and nerve flossing exercises that have been helping a little but everything is pretty short lived. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Need foundation/bunkie board recommendations

We have a king size Aireloom Streamline luxury firm arriving today. We ordered a platform bed and it is not as robust as it looked in the pictures (big surprise). The slats are about 1/2” thick by 2.75” wide and are spaced about 6” apart; clearly not supportive enough for the mattress. We need something very low profile for a foundation, so now I’m searching for a bunkie board, but everything I find has very mixed reviews. I also need something I can get fairly quickly. For my previous mattress, which was a sealy hybrid, I used a sealy bunkie board which is basically a wood frame and cardboard, and it seemed to do the job for 9 years. But with this mattress being a lot more expensive, I want to make sure we’re supporting it correctly. Does anyone have any recommendations of something decent that will also be readily available?

New Grinder Week!

Decided to sell my Niche Zero and give grind-by-weight a try. Had the Mahlkonig E64 WS for about a week now and I am loving it so far. The software could be a little more intuitive (especially around recipe creation) but I think that will improve with time. It’s made my workflow so much better, to the point of making my daily coffee routine anticlimactic lol. By cutting out weighing beans in, weighing the ground coffee out, and WDT no longer necessary, I’ve cut my time spent in half. Also want to give a shout out to Crawford Espresso. Didn’t some searching on here and only saw them mentioned once or twice. I think they are a newer company, but their customer service was excellent and they sold me the grinder at a great price. Would recommend checking them out if you’re in the market.

Rear speaker placement?

I know there have been many posts about rear speaker placement but Our room is uniquely bad for the rear speaker placement. The couch has to go close to a wall and it’s only close to a wall on one side. Is there any point in getting 100s or 300s for the rear? I’d so, which would be better? I’d like to use the 30% off deal, like many others, but in the USA I can only use it on the 300s. Appreciate any feedback.

Worst customer experience of my life – not sure where to go from here

I rented a car in Spain about a month ago. Upon returning back to the US, I realized they had overcharged me a day. I called United States customer service who acknowledged I was overcharged but said they had to send a ticket to the Spanish branch because they can’t do anything about foreign rentals. Apparently in 2026 enterprises US systems don’t talk to their overseas systems. Fast-forward a week and I never heard back so I called customer service again and they escalated it to the Spanish main office. several more days go by still nothing. I called back US customer service and all they can do is give me an email for enterprise mobility in Spain so I emailed them my issue and they reply and copy the local branch that caused the error and told them to handle this. two full weeks have now gone by and I still have received no response. As one might imagine I’m getting pretty frustrated at this point. I called US customer service back again on Monday and they finally let me speak to a supervisor who said she would escalate this to corporate and Mark it as urgent. Here we are 48 hours later and I’ve still heard nothing. I continue to email the Spanish email addresses every day to no avail. I’m absolutely shocked by this horrible customer service experience we use enterprise and national exclusively at work so I’m trying to avoid disputing the charge with my credit card at all costs as I don’t want to get blacklisted however I want my money back and I don’t know where to go from here. anyone here have any ideas?

Trek DS2 Gen1 Crank/Cassette/Chainring change - Where do I begin?

Hi all, I have a 2017 DS2 and it needs some work. I have a 3x riveted chainring on the front that I need to replace because the 48T ring is shot. Further, my front dérailleur is jacked and the shift cable is hanging on by a thread. I never use the other rings, so I'd like to just convert it to a 1x. My research has led me to understand the chain stay is is the limiting factor for chainring size. What I am wondering is, is there a way to offset the 1x chainring so that I can still run a 48T? Ultimately I'd like to get a 1x chainring, a new cassette that might give me a little more range with the single, and a new chain. But I truly have no idea where to start in terms of picking specific components, sizes, etc. Appreciate any help you can provide.

I found an Atom W65 for sale in my area for not much more than the price of a Niche Zero (which I currently have). I know they are very different, but I see something very appealing about the GBW aspect of the eureka. Plus, it’s built like a tank. I do tend to enjoy more traditional style espresso, on the medium to medium-dark side, so I know I’d lose a bit of that texture. However I had a DF64 previously and enjoyed the coffee it produced. Just wondering if anyone has experienced one or both and might have some opinions on the matter.
