Name one thing that completely changed your Flight Simulator experience, I’ll start: WINCTRL

Despite there are many things that changed my Flight Simulator experience in good since FSX like incredible add-ons from PMDG,Fenix,GSX integration etc.. I have to say that WINCTRL peripherals completely changed the way of simming for me to the point that I feel a bit “empty” when I fly aircrafts that are not fully compatible with the peripherals (e.g. iniBuilds A350 that is missing the MCDU).

Curious about what was for you the game changer during years of simming.

Blue skies to all!

My Flight instructor told me this:

I had a chat with my Flight instructor yesterday after landing and I asked him what was the most “scary moment” of his career since he used to fly the F/A18 Super Hornet in a carrier and surprisingly he told me that most of his “scary” moments happened actually during flight lessons with his students because some other people in the airfield don’t communicate or look properly out of the windows while flying VFR and end up cutting each others flight patterns that can lead to dangerous collision.
He then told me that he felt way more safe while doing dog fights trainings against other fighter jets like F-22’s lol, I was pretty impressed to hear this.

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if it will be safe flying through Doha, I always fly with Qatar Airways to go back home (Florence from Sydney) wondering if it will be fine with all what happened in Middle East, and I don’t really want to fly with Asiana through South Korea or another airline as I really like Qatar Airways, thanks in advance. 👍🏼

So I just got back on Hinge after like 6 months (using same email and phone number as well photos) but now after like 5 days I'm noticing that my account has almost zero interactions/likes, before I used to have pretty much enough interactions/likes, it's so annoying, did I get shadow ban or something ?

I've been on and off the app many times (never paused my account always deleted it) anyone had the same issue ?

Honestly I had zero expectations/excitement for this add-on when it got announced, but it’s seriously impressive! I can only imagine how good it’ll be in a few months with some improvements/updates def worth buying!

For me it’s ATC confusing here (even though the ATC followed FAA phraseology standard to not say “hold short” it’s just unfair for international pilots).

Yes international pilots need to be trained as well for different regions rules but that’s the problem:

I believe that FAA and ICAO need to have the same standards to prevent and avoid those “small” accidents that sometimes could turn in big accidents.

Here is why:

FAA=“Continue to TAXI to runway 15R”

ICAO="Continue to TAXI and hold short runway 15R”

Controllers must clearly state a restriction if you are not cleared onto or across a runway (in ICAO standards)

But again FAA approves the opposite so ATC can’t take the blame as well.
