Can anyone advise us especially lawyers on what to do with this person? We are an independent contractors (VA's) who got terminated unjustly due to us asking for our pay that we did not receive for almost 2 months. Half of us who got terminated abruptly received 50% of the pay; however, majority of us receive nothing. The supervisor insisted to the client that he/she will be the one who should handle the payroll and so it means he/she really did withhold our supposed salaries from the client.

We are under a client and we are involved under a certain agency. The person involved were under a supervisor/managerial role. This person did not only terminated us abruptly but stole our money from the client and VA's. Technically, we did not receive our salaries that is worth of 2 months free labor. And this person just recently visited Japan and so we have this gut feeling that he/she used our money for her personal interests.

Currently, someone posted all the issues in social media and now the person of interest threatens that she will file a cyberbullying case against her. All we wanted is for us to receive our pay as we did not agree to free labor. Can anyone advise us how to report and file a case against this person?

Naa ni nahitabo sa Naga branch. Nagpa-renew ko sa ako NBI ganina. Ang kani na branch kay ni ask ug xerox copy sa ako government valid ID's. Naa pud as in tupad rajud ang ilang own xerox copy ug printer sa kung asa ka nila i-assist. Then, mao to nagpa-xerox ko sa ako philhealth ID and phylsys ID. Mahal raba kay usa ra ka short bondpaper unya tag 20 pesos. After sa tanan process, nakabantay ko na wala gihatag balik ang ako gipa-xerox copy na ako mga valid ID's. Ako gipangayo kaso ang babaye niingon siya na ilaha na daw toh. Sa ako huna-huna kay ngano ibilin man ang mga xerox copy sa valid ID's sa nagpa-renew sa NBI? Dili ba kaha nila gamiton ako ID for whatever reasons (scamming people using my ID)? Or grabing daylight kurakot ang nahitabo kay kung magpa-renew napud ko ug balik sa ako NBI kay mag-xerox copy nasad sa ilang negosyo?

Can anyone confirm na need jud nila kuhaon ang na xerox na valid ID's? Karon rako naka-experience ani pud so far. Sauna kay valid ID raman ako na remember unya i-uli rapud. Kung dili man gali, asa ko pwede maka-report?

Kanina lang, nagpapa-renew ako nang NBI. Appointment online then paid at bayad center. Kaso parang weird yung next na na-experience ko. Pina-xerox copy nila yung government ID ko which is my Philhealth and my Phylsys ID and so mahal. 20 pesos for just 1 short bondpaper. So ayun, next process and all pero after matapos yung lahat na process ay hindi nila binigay yung pina-xerox copy ko na ID. Hiningi ko kaso sabi nila na sakanila na daw yun. Ang weird and natakot ako baka gamitin nila yung xerox copy of my government ID's. Is this normal ba or need kong i-report?

May company ba na atleast dito sa cebu for MCA in the near future? Meron sana yung shearwater health pero so far, parang nagstop na silang mag-offer nang MCA. I am just wondering if meron pa ba in the near future.

Any thoughts about ani nga school for Nursing? Ako manghud mo consider mi ani nga school (St. Cecilia's nga located sa Minglanilla) kay so far, dili kaayu mahal. Ni apply ug working student ako manghud sa UV but then dili pa sure if makuha ba siya kay tawagan pa lagi daw inig July.

Sa CTU man unta pud mo school ako manghud kay atleast free tuition but then need man na sa cebu voters ang parents unya naa man sa province amo parents.

Any thoughts to this school? I need insights unta kay as usa sa maguwang, ako magbayad sa tuition. 🥹. Hayst.

So far, Mag 2nyears old na anak ko this month and ang hirap niya pakainin. Yung kunin lang niya sa plato ay kanin pero yung ulam ay ayaw na ayaw niyang kainin. Puro kanin mga kinain niya. Worried na ako sa anak ko.

Need ko kasi mag-travel sa Manila for professional work and yung kapitbahay namin nag-offer na siya magbantay sa anak namin. Though, thankful kami kasi kakilala lang namin kaso as a parent, may worry pa din kung safe ba talaga anak namin sa kanila.

Yung set up ay dadalhin niya anak namin sa bahay nila while nasa manila ako at yung partner ko nasa work. I-uuwi lang ni kapitbahay anak namin sa bahay kapag nasa bahay na din si partner from work.

For me, may at least security and assurance ako if nakikita or na monitor ko anak ko via cctv kaso dadalhin kasi ni kapitbahay sa kanilang bahay. Now, naghahanap ako na yung mini cctv/camera device na pwede masuot ni baby at least makita namin activities niya. So far, ang nakita ko na option yung magnetic body camera. Before mag-duty si partner, ipapa-suot talaga yun kay baby namin until makauwi siya. Maybe may mai-recommend pa kayo. Naghanap ako na yung isusuot lang sa kamay na parang watch pero wala ako makita.
