Question regarding ferry cabinet !

Argentia, NL → North Sydney, NS , i am taking this route which is 16 hrs almost. i dont see cabinet available and i was thinking how i am gonna sleep in the boat on the regular seat , can anyone shares their experience ?

i hurt my back , where should i go ?

this weekend , i sneezed in the morning while stand and due to bending my whole body while sneezing , i messed up my back .

its been two days still i feel the pain . i dont know where to go to get this fixed ?

massage , physiotherpist , chiropractor ?

or to a doctor first ?
can u guys recommend something please 🙏🏻

in immense back pain after i sneezed once.

So, i am 25 and i am delivery man for construction company which involves heavy lifting studs and drywalls. i hurt my back last week by lifting the studs using bad posture ( atleast thats what i think ).

i took a week off work and was feeling little better finallly but as this saturday, i woke up happily ( not feeling any back pain ) , i had a sneeze and i was standing when i sneeze my whole back got cramped and locked like i got hit by a bazooka.

i went straight to my bed because i couldn't even stand at that point but now after 2 hours i can do some basic standing but whenever i lift my arms or bend my back a little bit , i feel the pain and its not going away.

should i just quit the job at this point or i should just take some medicines ? i haven't taken any medicines till yet but now i definitely needs them.

i never thought a sneeze will brake me down this badly, like i am already feeling like a old man at 25. just type it , yes i am UNC. i feels like i lost my freedom to move freely :(

i missed the scale on highway with the load on my truck

i drive for company with flatbed and i fogot to go to the scale . the load was not that big and nobody chased me also. how to tell if i got any ticket for it ?
i m worried if they gave me ticket thru camera

hibernation vs shutdown ?

just built 'my first pc , dont know if i can just leave my pc on and it auto turn off for being idle is good thing or i should always shutdown manually ?
because i dont even know if it shutdown after idle or go hibernating .. :/
