I plan on reading both the manual and the MPC Bible, but I wanted to know from y’all which one should I do first?

I’m experimenting with new budgeting apps, and it turns out transaction streaming varies between platforms and… kinda sucks overall?
YNAB, Monarch, Copilot Money, Every Dollar — what budgeting app do you use that accurately scrapes transactions, and quickly?
For me, it almost defeats the purpose of automatic transaction streaming if it takes several days and/or you can’t be sure they are all represented.

I love the UI and the expense tracking, but I am having a hell of a time getting Categories to sync when editing them.
Is this a web-app-specific problem? If you experience this too, how common is it?
I won't be able to continue if this is just how it is and am about to fire up a Monarch trial as well.

Hey all,
Trying Copilot for the first time. I understand it doesn't count internal transfers as expenses, but is there something I am missing about how Copilot takes savings and investment contributions into account for my monthly budget?
For example, we save and invest $2k per month, split between Roth contributions and building up the emergency fund.
On the dashboard, Copilot shows my entire monthly income as "budgeted," but it has other categories (seemingly?) inflated and there are no line items for savings and investing to account for those contributions. My goal is to have "Savings" and "Investing" in a group and be able to see the contributions I am making as expenses.
Please let me know if there is something I'm missing here. TIA!

Would love your opinion on what to do with budgeting after you’ve dialed it in.
I’ve been on a zero-based budget for 7 years now, and I have the process down pat. No consumer debt, savings rate is steady, etc.
I’m looking for advice and experiences from people who have reached the boring middle and either found new things to focus on in the budgeting process or willfully let go of things that began mattering less.
I’m so used to tracking granularly, but now I want to lighten the mental load and shift that energy towards other things.

Hey y’all, what’s the best way to convince a kitty who’s in a large dog kennel to go into a carrier/trap?
I put a carrier in there with food/Delectables inside, but so far he just wants to sit on top of it.
I’m trying to take him to the vet in 2 hours to get him some medical attention. Thanks for any advice you have!
