Anyone else’s bill damn near DOUBLE from last month? Wtf is happening

So I plan on trading in a game towards Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, but I also wanted to purchase a figure that will not be in stores near me so I would have to order it online. I am trying to avoid shipping fees, is there a way I could trade the game in for the extra 20% (would it be 30% because I am a pro member?) and order the figure online through the store to avoid shipping fees? I apologize in advance if this is confusing.

Very new to these types of products, when are the best sales? Looking to grab some items and save some money if I could.
