Anyone applying to College of CF (Ocala)?
If so, what are your stats?
Im nervous because I am not a Marion county resident and haven’t finished A&P 2 yet, so my points are on the low end.
78.7 teas score and 3.3 GPA.

I only needed a 60 for my program and got a 78.7, which gives me 5 extra points on the program application!! I wouldn’t say it was much easier than test A or test to B. I studied 6 days (4-6 hours a day) beginning with the Free online ATI assessment as a first look at question formatting and then the ATI test A as a baseline. I used Tyler Dewitt for Chemistry, and Mometrix for practice math questions. I also watched two videos of the heart anatomy/functions and endocrine system as a refresher. I took test B the morning of to get myself in the mindset of the question format as a refresher.
Free online ATI assessment: 63%
Test A: 74%
Test B: 77%
Actual Test: 78.7%
I am debating between spending the money for the ASN or waiting a year and going to Santa Fe/CSF. I already have an AA + Pre reqs done, so the loan amount would be manageable.
I’ve been struggling with science and math hard. I kept second guessing myself and my first instinct usually would be the correct answer. Is the practice test similar in difficulty to the actual test?
I only need a 60% to apply to my program. A 78% and over grants 5 additional points. I’d like to get there, but I also am perfectly ok with my current score.
I have about 5-8 hours each day to study. I did the ATI free practice test and got a 62% based on the current knowledge I have now without studying. I only need a 65%, so I’m debating on purchasing the test a/b through ATI or purchasing the Mometrix online study guide. I know the way to study is to go through the practice tests, see what I’m deficient on, and grind through them after learning what/why I got it wrong.
My school offers this resource, but I haven’t seen it listed anywhere.
My go to is an oat milk vanilla iced matcha, but for some reason it super messes up my stomach up sometimes. I’m lactose intolerant so I steer clear of dairy. I looked at the nutritional guide online and it doesn’t list dairy, but I’m confused because it feels like it does. I can tell if it’s cows milk, because oat milk has a very distinct flavor, so I don’t think the milk is the problem.
I started using this because I wanted a tubing mascara. I’m having significant lash fall out and it doesn’t tube off and more so flakes off. Anyone have this issue? I was using maybellines lash paradise with no issue. I will also take other not waterproof recommendations under $15!
is anyone here in a part time program? If so, how do you like it?
i am debating about applying to both the full and part time options to increase my chances of acceptance. It adds two semesters (both options require summer classes).
I want to quit, but obviously can’t because I carry the insurance and we need to be a dual income household. There are no golden handcuffs, just the threat of unpaid bills and no food on the table. My job is labeled simply as an admin, but every position I’ve applied for I’ve been told Im overqualified. It’s a small city, so my options are extremely limited. There are only two major employers in town. I just want to scream into the void, or maybe go work in a fast food position with way less responsibilities for $4-5 less an hour.
I’m going to a birthday concert to see spirit box and need all your recommendations for smaller nail beds! my thumb for reference is 6mm. I love metal appliqués, white, silver, black or teal :). retail brand:none
I’m returning back to work Monday after a two week leave and I just don’t want to go back. I need the money and the insurance, but it’s anxiety every day. I’m watched like a hawk for any mistakes now because I asked for simple disability accommodations and it blew up in my face. There are no SOP’s in place, my asshole boss left, and there isn’t currently a manager in place because nobody wants the job. I’m not on a PIP, but it feels like it. There isn’t anything else in my town. I’ve been hunting for remote jobs, or any other job, but I am being told I’m overqualified, or never get a callback in the first place. How do you handle the anxiety of always wondering what did you mess up before you log in for the day? I’ve asked so many times to streamline processes and have always been denied.
For those with a busy family household and work, what time and day do you usually start your loaves? I leave the house at 6:30 am and don’t get back till 6:00 pm. By the time I come back, my starter is well past its peak. My house is 75° and I live in Florida, so low altitude and high humidity.
I tried to do the bulk fermentation from 7-9 and then put it in the fridge overnight to proof, but it just never doubled in size. I think my timing is just off. I am using Emilie Raffes everyday sourdough recipe with a well established starter.
