Hey! I’m 39, from Canada, and honestly a little tired of surface-level chats that fizzle out after a week. I want an actual friend, someone I can text about my terrible day, my good news, my random 2am thoughts, all of it.

I’m in a relationship so this is purely platonic, and I share custody of a teen. I’m a big listener, non-judgmental, empathetic to a fault probably, and I show up. Pro-LGBT, anti-racist, no exceptions there. I’ve also started walking daily and I’m trying to build it up, so if you want a walking buddy to keep each other accountable that’d be a fun bonus. Hi! I’m 38 and have so many symptoms of Perimenopause since years but the new one that is very hard on myself is that I wake up and it feels like I haven’t slept.

My whole body aches and I never feel refreshed anymore, my doctor doesn’t want to hear anything about HRT but I don’t want to live like this anymore.

I keep reading stuff about women older than me who wish they had start sooner. I was looking at the private clinic around me and it’s all very expensive too expensive I can’t afford.

I found Coral online which is a monthly fee every month much lower than the private clinic, I just wanted to find reviews online and I don’t find any.
