- Barbara - She's not really shipped with Aether or it's not very popular. Barbara is more popularly shipped with Venti and some female characters like Amber, Noelle or even Jean are more popular than Barbara to be shipped with Aether in Mondstadt. So, Barbara shouldn't get that skin under that "rule".

- Fischl - Similar to Barbara's case. Fischl's most popular ship is with Bennett.

- Kirara - She is more shipped with Gorou or Razor. At Inazuma, every other Inazuma female is shipped with Aether (From Ayaka and Raiden to Mizuki), with Kirara the only one who isn't really shipped with Aether.

- Xiangling - Her most popular ship is with Chongyun or Xingqiu. Not to mention Aether is more popularly shipped with Keqing, or recently, Hu Tao.

Every time the equipping character's Normal Attack(s) or Charged Attack(s) hit opponent(s), gain 1 stack of Energizer Spark: DMG dealt is increased by 7.5%, for 3s. Max 3 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.01s.

If the equipping character has completed Witch's Homework, Increases Movement SPD by 10% and gains 25% Elemental DMG Bonus as long as the equipping character is in combat.

When the team has the "Hexerei: Secret Rite" effect, if the equipping character casts an Elemental Burst, increases the user's ATK by 5%, their ATK SPD by 10% and their CRIT DMG by 25%. (Lasts until the character falls or leaves combat) Additionally, increases Energizer Spark max stacks to 5. Also, prevents the equipping character from losing energy (Except when using Elemental Burst)
