Help regarding refund of waitlist fee

So I'm waitlisted at 223 marks and have to pay waitlist fee, the problem is i cant wait 20 july or after 3rd iteration. And the doubt is will i get waitlist fee 64100 back when i withdraw after 3rd iteration.

64100 is a big amount for someone like me and my family cant afford to loose it .

Should I pay 64k rs

Got 223 marks and need hyd mech, in itr 1 cutoff was 253.

Problem is i can only wait till july 19 that means till iteration 3

Is paying 60k worth it, i dont see any chance of cutoff coming -31
