Is there a way to start the game with infinit ammunition similiar to the Resident Evil 2 Remake?

When I first started playing Resident Evil 2 I dropped the game at the beginning, because Zombies were to tankie for me and I didn't found enough ammunition. After buying the ,,All in Game Rewards Unlocked" DLC I started a new Run and could play the game for the story and didn´t suffer.

So is there something similiar for Resident Evil 4? I know about the Cat Ears, but didn't find a DLC for them. So is there a mod or a DLC for the free weapons I could use?

I am gonna be real... when ,,Isn´t she lovely" started playing I didn´t understand Jax being trans and thought it´s his perception of Pomni

Just later when I read peoples opinions I was like ,,Oooooooh that makes sense". I already shipped them and didn´t get the hints sooner and just thought of him being in girly situations being a running joke like the Maid Outfit. Btw in the scene with Ribbit I also thought he blushed because of having a crush and not because she accepted Jax being a girl. Btw not a complaint about Jax being trans I totally support that, I just thought it would be funny sharing my misconception lol

Doing his charged attack cancel into Nicole with Astras Ability into quick Special Atack into Pyrois and repeat. Really satisfying to play. My Pyrois is build mid, but could acchieve 20k with the tech

First time playing him outside of the story and he feels great now that I understand his ultimates

I am still working on talent levels, but he is so satisfying to play. Might be my favourite Character until now. (I say this as an M3W1 Miyabi Main). I didn´t mean to build him and got his drive set, while using 100 Batterys for Velina. But his playstyle was really cool in the story even without understanding it
