WTS leatherman surge, brushed black oxide, barely used - £95

Leatherman surge in brushed black oxide. Hardly used, just some cosmetic marks from being carried a couple of times. See pictures. NB I think it just needs breaking in but on this knife the spring for the scissors has always been a bit stiff / sticky. From googling around I think it's because the black oxide adds a tiny bit of thickness that increases friction in the pivots or whatever. People online say it just needs to be used and it'll "break in" and dissappear but I never use it! Tool generally does feel more tight / stiff than a non-finished tool so it would make sense. The stylish brushed finish is aftermarket, it is the result of brushing off the black oxide to leave a gunmetal / blued finish. Asking 95 posted in the UK, PayPal only, thanks

Domain exception stuck in "Pending" for 6+ days - docs say 1–2 business days? App: crewbot9000

Hi, hoping someone can help or point me in the right directio!

My app crewbot9000 (slug: crewbot9000) was approved and published successfully. It requests a domain exception for crewseekers.net (used to fetch publicly available listings, with the site's written permission, and repost them to r/Crew).

The domain exception has been sitting as "Pending" in the Domain exceptions table on the app's developer-settings page for 6 days now, which is past the 1–2 business day estimate in the docs (https://developers.reddit.com/docs HTTP Fetch page). The app itself works correctly; every attempt to fetch just returns:

PERMISSION_DENIED: HTTP request to domain: www.crewseekers.net is not allowed

Is there a known backlog right now, or a way to flag a specific stuck domain request for review? Happy to provide any more detail needed. Thank you!

(help settle an argument) which is correct - "the park" or "the field"?

I'll just call us person A and person B.

Person A is arguing that "the park" is specifically the area with swings and a slide. All of the other grass outside that is "the field".

Person B is arguing that "the park" is the whole grassy recreational area. The part with the swings and the slide would be "the play park".

So for example if you told person A "let's go for a picnic at the park" they would think you meant "a picnic inside the area for set aside for children that has swings and play equipment". Person B would think you meant "a picnic somewhere inside the grassy recreation area at large".

Please resolve this very silly point of contention (we're not really arguing it's just funny that neither of us can see the others' point of view! We are from different parts of the country so maybe it's a regional thing?)
