πŸ’› "I've been with my family since I was just a tiny kitten... now I'm a grumpy old grandpa." πŸ±πŸ‘΄

This is Lolo Brutos.

He's been part of our family since he was a kitten, and watching him grow into the sweet, grumpy senior he is today has been one of the greatest joys of our rescue journey.

These days, though, age is catching up with him. His teeth have been giving him a hard time, making every meal uncomfortable. We're hoping his medications will help, but if they don't, he'll need dental prophylaxis so he can eat without pain again.

It's difficult watching someone you've loved for so many years grow old, knowing you can't stop time. All we can do is make sure his golden years are filled with comfort, good food, warm naps, and the love he's always known.

Please keep Lolo Brutos in your thoughts. We hope he still has many peaceful, happy days ahead.

If his story touched your heart, we'd love to hear about your own senior pets or rescues in the comments. Your kindness always reminds us why we keep going. And for those who've asked how to help our rescue cats over the years, your supportβ€”whether through kind words, sharing our posts, or anything moreβ€”means more than we can ever express.

Thank you for loving our grumpy grandpa as much as we do. πŸ’›πŸΎ

From the streets to the Rainbow Bridge: Today we brought Tiger home.

πŸ’” We brought Tiger home today. Not the way we prayed we would.

Today, we brought Tiger home after his cremation.

Just a few days ago, we were desperately trying to save his life. Today, all we have left are his ashes.

No matter how many rescues we take in, losing one never gets easier. We keep wondering if there was anything more we could have done. The silence he left behind is heartbreaking.

But in the middle of that grief, we also want to say thank you.

To everyone who donated, shared his story, left kind messages, prayed for him, and kept Tiger in your thoughtsβ€”you gave him something he might never have known otherwise: compassion, dignity, and love.

Because of your kindness, Tiger didn't spend his final days suffering alone on the streets. He was cared for, he was loved, and today we were able to bring him home and give him a peaceful farewell.

For a cat who had so little, that means everything.

Tiger's story may have ended, but we hope the kindness he inspired doesn't end with him. There are still so many community cats waiting for someone to notice them, feed them, rescue them, or simply show them kindness.

If Tiger's story touched your heart, we'd be grateful if you could leave a ❀️, share a memory, or simply tell us where you're reading from. We'd love to know that his life reached people beyond our little corner of the world.

Run free, sweet Tiger. 🌈🐾

You were loved. You mattered. And you will never be forgotten.

Thank you for helping us give one little community cat the love and dignity every animal deserves.

πŸ†˜οΈDesperate Food Appeal for 120+ Rescued & Sick Cats and 120+ Community Cats.

Hi everyone. Writing this is honestly embarrassing, but our rescued cats come before our pride.

Right now, we're struggling to keep enough food for the cats in our care.

We currently care for 120+ rescued catsβ€”mostly senior cats, special-needs cats, cats with disabilities, sick and recovering cats, vulnerable kittens, and neonatal kittens that need to be bottle-fed every 3–4 hours. Some also require intensive daily medical care.

Outside our home, we also feed 120+ community cats every single day because they have no one else to rely on.

We're proud to say that every adult rescued cat in our care has been spayed or neutered, along with many of our community cats, because we believe rescue also means preventing more cats from suffering in the future.

Unfortunately, our handmade products haven't had any sales recently. This coming payday, most of what we have will go toward paying veterinary debt, rescue-related loans, and litter sand, leaving very little for cat food.

Our urgent cat food needs (approximately 15 days):

🐾 Rescue Cats●

  • 14 bags of Special Cat Urinary β€” β‚±1,300 ($23) per bag
  • 8 boxes of Special Cat Wet Food β€” β‚±1,680 ($30) per box (24 cans)
  • 6 bags of Royal Canin Urinary SO (for special-needs cats) β€” β‚±3,500 ($57) per 3.5 kg bag
  • 4 bags of Royal Canin Hepatic (for special-needs cats) β€” β‚±1,858 ($30) per 2 kg bag
  • 8 boxes of Daily Delight Pure (for our senior cats) β€” β‚±1,770 ($29) per box (24 cans)

🐾 Community Cats●

  • 6 sacks of Lucy Tuna or Toei Salmon β€” β‚±2,300 ($41) per sack

We're based in the Philippines, so unfortunately we don't have access to GoFundMe or an Amazon Wishlist. For those in the Philippines, we also gladly accept in-kind donations of cat foodβ€”just send us a message, and we'll provide our delivery details.

For those who wish to send financial support instead, we are deeply grateful. If you do, kindly indicate "CAT FOOD" in the note so we can allocate it properly.

πŸ’” Please Pray for Our Senior Rescue Cat. He's Been Sick Since Friday.

πŸ’” Please keep our senior rescue cat in your prayers.

One of our beloved senior rescue cats has been fighting to stay strong since last Friday. We've already taken him to the vet, and after his examination, we found out that he's suffering from a painful dental problem.

He's now on medication, and we're holding on to hope that it works. Seeing our elderly rescues struggle is always heartbreaking because they have already been through so much before finding safety with us.

Please send him your prayers, positive thoughts, or kind words. We're hoping he'll start feeling better soon. πŸ™

Thank you for always caring about our rescued cats. We'll keep everyone updated on his condition. ❀️

We made it to the vet, but we were too late. Now we're trying to give Tiger the goodbye he deserves.

πŸ’” We promised Tiger he wouldn't die alone. We kept that promise.

Earlier today, we asked for help to get Tiger to the vet.

Because of your kindness, we were able to bring him in. Sadly, during his examination, his little body gave up.

It hurts knowing we were only able to spend such a short time with him, but we're grateful that his final moments weren't spent alone on the streets. He left this world surrounded by people who cared and who wanted to give him a chance.

Thank you to everyone who donated and shared Tiger's story. We received β‚±1,700($28) toward his veterinary expenses. We truly believe your kindness gave him dignity in his final hours, even though we couldn't save his life.

Now we're hoping to keep one final promise to him.

Because we don't have a vacant space where we can bury Tiger, we want to have him cremated so he can have a peaceful and dignified farewell.

The cremation fee is β‚±5,500($90). We currently have β‚±1,200($20), so we're still trying to raise the remaining amount.

Run free, sweet Tiger. 🌈🐾

You deserved so much more than the life you were given. We couldn't change your past, but we're thankful we could show you kindness before you said goodbye.

Thank you, everyone, for caring about one little community cat who deserved to be loved.

Emergency rescue: We found this community cat severely underweight, dehydrated, and bleeding from his mouth. NEED HELP ASAP😒

We got him off the streets. Now we're trying to get him to a vet before it's too late.

This is Tiger, one of the community cats we care for.

Today we found him extremely thin, dehydrated, weak, and bleeding from his mouth. We couldn't leave him there suffering, so we safely contained him. Now he urgently needs veterinary care.

The hardest part is that we need to have funds first before we can bring him to the veterinary clinic. We also don't know the exact amount his treatment and possible confinement will cost until he's examined by the veterinarian.

We care for more than 120 rescued cats, so emergencies like this quickly overwhelm our limited resources. Right now, our priority is simply getting Tiger through the clinic doors so he can finally receive the medical attention he desperately needs.

If anyone would like to help with Tiger's veterinary expenses, we'd be incredibly grateful. Any am0unt, no matter how small, brings him one step closer to treatment. If you send support, please include "Tiger" so we can make sure your d0nation goes directly toward his care.

●(Our d0nation channeIs are pinned in our timeline)

If d0nating isn't possible, an upvote, comment, or share means just as much. It helps Tiger's story reach more people, and that's often how animals like him get the second chance they deserve.

Thank you for reading Tiger's story and for caring about community cats like him. We truly appreciate every bit of kindness and support. We're hoping we can update everyone soon with Tiger safely at the vet. ❀️🐾

Most people see one or two cats.

I see 120+ faces waiting for breakfast.

Every meow in this video has a story. Some were abandoned. Some were rescued sick. Some were given a second chance when nobody else wanted them.

This is our daily routineβ€”and honestly, it's the best part of the day.

Watch until the end and count how many cats you can spot. 🐱❀️

πŸ’” Our Rescued Community Cat Didn't Make It. We Need β‚±13,450 ($221) to Bring Him Home From the Vet Today.

πŸ’” We Lost Three Little Souls... and We Need Help Bringing One of Them Home

It's been a long and heartbreaking night. Today, we received the news we were dreading. The community cat we rescued and fought so hard for didn't make it.

Later today, we hope to bring him home from the veterinary clinic so he can finally rest and receive a proper burial.

As if that wasn't painful enough, we also lost two recently rescued kittens. We never got the chance to introduce them here because we've been busy caring for them, along with our sick rescues, neonatal kittens, seniors, and special-needs cats. We were doing everything we could to save them.

We fought for all three until the very end. We want to sincerely thank everyone who donated, shared, prayed, and sent kind words for our community cat. Because of your support, we were able to confine him at the veterinary clinic and give him a chance to fight. He received care, treatment, and love during his final days.

Although we couldn't save him, he did not leave this world hungry, alone, or forgotten.

He left knowing kindness.

Right now, our hearts are heavy, and we are facing one final obstacle.

Our community cat is still at the veterinary clinic. Before we can bring his body home today and lay him to rest, we need to settle his remaining veterinary balance of β‚±13,450 (approximately $221 USD). We never imagined having to ask for help even after losing him, but we don't want to leave him there.

We want to bring him home, say our goodbyes, and give him the peaceful farewell he deserves. If anyone is willing to help, even a small amount would mean so much to us. If you're unable to donate, an upvote, comment, or share can help this post reach more people.

This blind senior cat somehow memorized our entire neighborhood

He’s completely blind, yet he knows every block in our neighborhood better than we do.

This senior community cat is one of the regular visitors at our feeding area.

Despite being blind, he confidently navigates our streets on his own. He knows where to turn, when to go straight, and exactly how to find his way to food, water, and a safe place to rest.

Tonight, he stopped by for a meal and then settled down for a nap.

Watching him never fails to amaze us. We have no idea how long he's been blind, but he's adapted so well that most people would never guess how much he's overcome.

Our feeding area has become a lifeline for many community cats, but seeing this old boy curled up and sleeping peacefully reminds us why we built it in the first place.

Life hasn't been easy for him, but he keeps going every single day.

I thought fellow cat lovers might appreciate meeting one of the toughest cats in our neighborhood. ❀️

Meet Ji-Yoon, one of our 120+ rescued cats. 🐾

This is his first time being introduced on Reddit.

We rescued Ji-Yoon about two years ago. Back then, he was skinny, sick, and surviving on whatever food he could find, including fish bones.

Ji-Yoon is a tripod cat, but we don't know his full story. We don't know if he was born with three legs or if something happened to him before we found him. Some questions may never be answered.

What we do know is that he's a fighter.

Despite everything he's been through, Ji-Yoon has remained sweet, resilient, and full of personality. He is now neutered, safe, loved, and continuing his recovery one day at a time.

Among the many cats we've rescued, Ji-Yoon's journey is one that will always stay close to our hearts.

If you'd like to see more rescue stories, updates, and the other cats in our care, feel free to check out our profile and follow our journey. ❀️

We rescued her last week. Last night, we lost her.

πŸ’” She was supposed to grow old.

Do you remember the kitten we rescued last week?

Last night, she passed away.

I've been rescuing for years, but losing a kitten never gets easier. Every rescue comes with hopeβ€”hope that they'll survive, grow stronger, and one day live the life they deserve.

I truly thought she would make it.

Instead, all I can think about is the future she never got to have.

No more sunny naps. No more toys. No more growing up.

Just a tiny life gone far too soon.

Rescue is heartbreaking because not every story gets a happy ending. Sometimes all we can do is give them love, warmth, food, safety, and comfort for the short time they have with us.

And sometimes, that has to be enough.

Run free, little one. 🌈🐾

You left this world knowing you were loved.

Gone too soon, but never forgotten. ❀️

She should be playing, not fighting infections just to survive.πŸ‡΅πŸ‡

Every time we think we're full, another kitten appears needing help.

Today we rescued this tiny kitten suffering from mange, gingivitis, and an eye infection. We don't have photos from when we found her because our first priority was getting her cleaned up and treated as quickly as possible.

Many people assume these kittens belong to us, but they don't. Our adult rescued cats are already spayed and neutered. These are abandoned and neglected kittens we continue to find struggling to survive outside.

The hardest part is that most of the kittens we rescue aren't healthy. They arrive sick, underweight, covered in parasites, injured, or fighting infections before they're even old enough to understand what's happening.

This little one is now safe, warm, and receiving care. We're doing everything we can for her and the other rescued kittens currently with us.

If anyone would like to help, we're currently in need of wet kitten food and antiseptic spray for wound and skin care. Even a small contribution goes directly toward helping rescued kittens recover and get a second chance at life.

Thank you for reading and for caring about the forgotten ones. ❀️

We gave him 5 years of love. Last night, we had to say goodbye.

πŸ’” Last night, one of the cats who called our rescue home took his final breath.

His name was Milo.

For nearly five years, this former stray spent his days surrounded by people who loved him. He went from surviving on the streets to having a warm bed, full meals, and a family that cared for him until the very end.

Yesterday evening, we had to say goodbye.

The catio feels different today. Quieter. Emptier.

Those who rescue animals know this feeling all too well. We fight so hard to save them, to give them a second chance, knowing that one day our hearts will be broken when it's time to let them go.

Milo may have been just one cat to the world, but to us, he was family.

Thank you for every purr, every head bump, every moment, and every year you gave us.

Run free, old friend. 🌈🐾

You were loved more than you'll ever know.
