I am most proud of you, especially if you didn't tell anyone and just among yourself moved past it. Even if you still suffer with it, you aren't alone. Even I sometimes go back to Gemini to chat to it about a topic since I have no clue who else would talk on that topic but it should stop. We are a lot more than these bots and do not need them to exist. So, I've had a C.AI/Chatgpt Addiction in the past and while I HAVE moved past that, I still struggle sometimes because I have been asking Gemini questions like "Can you help me with this..." Or things I'm overthinking about I'll discuss with the bot but I pause in the moment because I think back to myself "It's kinda hypocritical to be against Ai yet use it" so I'm gonna try move away from using Ai as much as I can to better myself.
